I have been going to this location for years! This is not a dine in restaurant so there's no ambiance to describe. However, if we are talking service you're always going to get good food with a side of attitude (smh). I know that's not good, but that just seems to be the culture and climate of this particular restaurant. I mostly go when I have a taste for a greasy homestyle burger, wings, a grilled ham and cheese sandwich, or one of their infamous humdingers. You can always guarantee those items will be good. I had the chili last night and I'm sure I won't be ordering that again. I'll just stick to what I know.

Double check what you are being charged at all Memphis Dixie Queens. They Never give Receipts unless you ask for one or unless you use a credit card. With a credit card you verify the total but not the details of your order. Every customer deserves a receipt!!The one in Frayser on Overton Crossing was quite rude and will not correct their errors. Was told to pay $16.10 for a 10pc wing combo( substitute med slush instead of med drink). Added chilli, added cheese to fries. Per their posted sign, Buy a wing combo for $11.99. If u want to alter the combo, then they personally add $.75 for a medium slush and $2.00 to add chilli n cheese to fries. OVERCHARGE!!! RIF! The combo comes with a medium drink. If a medium drink is $1.85 as posted and a medium slush is $1.85 as posted, why add $0.75? If the sign says it costs $0.75 to add chilli and $0.40 to add cheese, why personally charge a blanket $2.00? Push a button to charge the world why don't ya! Just terrible to think that this community can not calculate or read. Then the DQ female taking your order gets frustrated and upset when you calmly explain what the sign says. So this female says in a loud tone "Nooooo ma'am! Not what the sign says" as she hits her hand on the counter and bows in disbelief. While closing the window in your face, she yells to the back " she don't want it!" Well-Hah! Time to drive away- far away with hopes that one day some one will see through their price gouging BS.

The line might be long but it's definitely worth the wait....10pc honey gold combo is never a bad choice top it off with a grape slush perfect mouth washing flavor.This store get a Five star rating in comparison to other Dixie queen locations. Bottom line it's the best in the business.

Great customer service, during late night visit. My friends and I stopped by one night after Beale street and the food was great!

The Double Hamburger combo is my fav choice from this location. The burger is always next to perfect and everything is always fresh and tasty. Would definitely give this location 5 Stars if the order board was more up-to-date on pricing. They should definitely think about investing in an order board that would allow them to change pricing of items shown.

Sort of an old fashioned kind of place and I couldn't be more pleased! They have very tasty food. I love the old fashioned classic styled hamburgers and the shakes are beyond perfect! If you miss Dairy Queen's shakes these are identical. Great place to eat.

The best of the best! Great customer service! I've never experienced attitude problems at this one. Food always good and fresh. Line moves fast if everybody in line knows what they want.
