Dixi Queen... a an ice cream humdinger Oreo Oreos well two of them lol and same friendly speaker voice also friendly on checkout as well:)

Food is always good and hot when I visit this location keep up the great work . You guys rock .

My favorite Dixie Queen to visit. You may wait in the drive thru for a while but the food is worth it.

The food is abysmal and the chaos amongst the work team would almost be comedic if it was not so pathetic.As I waited for my food, a customer ahead of me inquired about his food. The girl behind the counter replied that she had called his number fifteen minutes ago. I don't know if she did or not, but what would follow with me would hint that, no, she did not. I placed my order of a chili dog and a cheeseburger and when my food arrived the same girl demanded my receipt. I said that I needed a receipt and she said it was in the bag. I looked in and there was what appeared to be a receipt and walked out. Once in my car, I looked and the receipt had no pricing or anything. It wasn't a receipt, but an order ticket. I trudged back inside to the pandemonium of an inept staff and asked for a receipt and shown what I was given. The woman asked the other woman where my receipt was and she replied that she threw it out. Well, than why so insistent that I give that receipt to you. Now, confusion reigned again as they wandered aimlessly hoping me or the situation would go away.Then the second woman got it in her head to dig through the garbage and started putting on a pair of rubber gloves. So she wasn't willing to touch trash, but was content for me to take that garbage as a receipt. I then told her she could reprint it and she followed up and found she could. No apologies, no nothing.As for the food, just not good.I will not be back.

Well that was horrible. 2 corn dogs. 2 chili dogs and onion rings. Are cooked to near ashes. WTF? How do you cook a hotdog to make it burn so badly?And then they bagged the chili dogs ON THEIR ENDS! Uhhh, have the imbeciles working there never heard of gravity? All the chili was looked at the bottom. This has got to be the #1 worst drive thru experience in terms of food quality I've ever had. Just sick and pitiful. I would fire everyone who was working on 5-9-21 at 2:00!

I never got the opportunity to order my food at the location on South Germantown Parkway because of the wait time. I was in the drive-in line for about 15 minutes before I finally arrived at the order location. Once I was at the speaker to place your order I was informed to please wait before I could order. I waited for about another 15 minutes with no type of assistance or response . I stated is anyone there several times with no response. I finally decided to is ridiculous and decided to leave. The line was extremely long and I just decided to go home and fix a peanut butter and jam sandwich because I was extremely hungry .

I've only been here once so far but I'll tell you what -- I'll be back!!! I had the double cheeseburger and fries and I was fully expecting not to love the food and I'm so glad I was wrong. The seasoned fries were really good and reminded me of the fries they used to serve in the school cafeteria growing up. The burger was so tasty and rivaled some of my favorite in town burgers (Huey's and Dyers). I'm looking forward to come back and see if it's as good or better the second visit!

I ordered a hot wing meal and they barely put any honeyhot sauce on it, all the wings were pretty much bone dry. I tried to order here one late night and two dudes outside smokin told me only one order per car like wtf theres nobody in line but me and my friend in one car.

the people there are great but the cooking is terrible. waited about 10 mins for my meal - it was wings, fries, onion rings and a chili's cheese dog w/ drinks. i can be okay w/ the wait but after driving home i opened up my food and the onion rings were burnt (i thought w/e it's just a side and i'm hungry so i'll eat it ) but i opened up my food to find a coleslaw hotdog??? coleslaw in a hotdog already sounds nasty to me personally but the thing is it was only coleslaw. i asked for chili cheese dog no mustard. check your order before driving off bc now i'm hungry.
