I was just in the road and we had gotten, Hungry stopped here for some grub, Nice menu but what's sucks they didn't have anything and the customer service is very bad didn't get order right and refused to get it right it's ok we won't be back again .. 2 bacon cheese Buger meal one nacho an anothwr burger meal .. we left with 3 sandwiches 1 fry - 1drink and refuse to give us our things

This place is alright grew eating from this place as a child fast forward 40yrs later the building looks extremely dilapidated but hell this is Memphis. The food taste straight one of the bad aspects is the long lines folks move like they are swimming in molasses. Hell I've been supporting this place for 30+yrs I don't see a reason to stop now. They're prices are on the steep side and that's only because they are not a major franchise thus they don't have a shipment supplier like how others have

Double check what you are being charged at all Memphis Dixie Queens. They Never give Receipts unless you ask for one or unless you use a credit card. With a credit card you verify the total but not the details of your order. Every customer deserves a receipt!!The one on Bellevue will have you wait an hour before taking your order.( you're blocked in) Then, if you order a Philly cheesesteak, they add $0.50 for fried onions if you confirm that you want 'everything' that comes on it for the listed price. Why? If I ask for the norm, give me that. I don't need or want your extras. Why not tell or ask a customer before assuming that you can freely charge them whatever you please. They accept EBT purchases? Is this why you try to overcharge Everybody? Weird to know that they accept such. Sign proudly posted. They also allow beggars to lurk about and harass folk. The one in Frayser on Overton Crossing was quite rude and will not correct their errors. Was told to pay $16.10 for a 10pc wing combo( substitute med slush instead of med drink). Added chilli, added cheese to fries. Per their posted sign, Buy a wing combo for $11.99. If u want to alter the combo, then they personally add $.75 for a medium slush and $2.00 to add chilli n cheese to fries. OVERCHARGE!!! RIF! The combo comes with a medium drink. If a medium drink is $1.85 as posted and a medium slush is $1.85 as posted, why add $0.75? If the sign says it costs $0.75 to add chilli and $0.40 to add cheese, why personally charge a blanket $2.00? Push a button to charge the world why don't ya! Just terrible to think that this community can not calculate or read. Then the DQ female taking your order gets frustrated and upset when you calmly explain what the sign says. So this female says in a loud tone "Nooooo ma'am! Not what the sign says" as she hits her hand on the counter and bows in disbelief. While closing the window in your face, she yells to the back " she don't want it!" Well-Hah! Time to drive away- far away with hopes that one day some one will see through their price gouging BS.Always get a receipt. You may have to beg but get one to prove your charges.

This use to be the spot back in the day to get ice-cream & other goodies. It makes me sad to know that none of the food taste the same. However I did discover the bone in chicken wings are very delicious. Try them with ranch dressing. When I return home I will stop at this location. I just hope the owner updates the building soon.
