Deso Chocolate

A friend introduced me to this shop, and I'm grateful that he did. Delicious is barely adequate to describe their selection of treats.I enjoyed eating the 3 piece pistachio baklava. What added to its depth of flavor was that it wasn't over-sweetened. I felt like the baklava had a very European influence. That being said, I added a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side. Delectable chocolate was an unexpectedly welcome addition on top of my ice cream. Inexplicably, they served Member's Mark ice cream [Sam's Club (Walmart) brand]. At a high-end place like this, I would have expected something much better, like Häagen-Dazs.My friend settled on chocolate strawberries in a cup, which he said was very messy. But I think that he enjoyed the taste of his selection.The dining area was low-key and relaxing. Afterwards, I met the owner, who was sitting outside in front of the shop. He was very personable and friendly. If in the area again, I would definitely return to try other menu items. I sincerely hope that they add blueberries to their lineup of fruit choices.

The acoustics in here are a bit loud; feels as if I'm hearing every single noise simultaneously which is a bit unnerving. The food was amazing though. The chocolate was silky smooth and rich; but not overly sweet. (Milk chocolate) The waffle cone was freshly cooked and warm; was absolutely delicious! The service was fine, nothing to write home about.

Great place for dessert. Different than other places. They serve premium Members Mark vanillaIce cream.

Small chocolatier in Jonesboro, AR with a nice atmosphere. Very rich and especially good Belgium chocolate experience with several options to choose. The price is reasonable for the generous amount of chocolate you receive. I'm a chocolate lover and will most definitely be going back soon!

It's not Willy Wonka's chocolate factory, but it's pretty close. There are not one, but two, fountains pouring molten chocolate. Service was friendly and very helpful. The owner let is try the hot chocolate (the best I've ever had) and the sahlep. I was instantly in love with the sahlep - a middle eastern winter drink with hot milk flavored with rose water, honey, and flower essence. It was divine. They have made-to-order waffles, pancakes, crepes, and chocolate "sushi, plus cheesecakes, macarons, and baklava. Everything my party had was beautifully plated. Definite "wow" factor. The interior is lovely, modern, and bright, but cozy. The only thing I didn't love was the plastic utensils. They've only been open a week, so this may change. Definitely check it out. Amazing spot for a date or special occasion.

Amazing, staff was nice. Totally recommend. Nice to kids. 10/10 review will def be back if ever in the Jonesboro, AR area again!!

While the food is delicious, the service is absolutely abysmal. I left without getting any of our food this time. Apparently the female "manager" on shift can't be bothered to understand how to treat customers or actually run a business. When I walked in there was only 1 person ahead of me waiting to order. I waited for 8 minutes before being greeted and asked for my order. I placed my order, ensuring that I stressed to the cashier that I did NOT want the crumble topping as I am ALLERGIC to it's ingredients. As I stood in the lobby for 25 minutes, I witnessed 4 other individuals walk in and ask for their to-go orders which hadn't been made. The 2 girls (one of which was supposedly a manager), behind the counter were indescribably slow at filling any order, but would stop working on one order in order to fulfill the to-go order in front of them. When they finally got around to making my order, I noticed the girl reaching for the crumbles and tried to stop her by asking if that particular croissant was for me, she put the crumbles on it, then closed the box and handed it to me. After an interaction of her telling me that the crumbles go on everything, and I replied that I had ordered it without the crumbles because of being allergic, she sarcastically said that they could remake it but I would have to wait until after the orders that were placed after mine.At that point I just asked for the rest of my order, some baclava and a lemon cake that were premade, and she repeated that I would have to wait, and she and the other female began making 2 different orders that were placed after mine. It was at this point that I demanded my money back and walked out only to run into the male manager in the parking lot who overheard my complaints to my friend and tried to find out the issue, but at this point it was a 35 minute process and I was running late to another appointment and just left. Usually I love this place and the service isn't this terrible, but after this, I don't know if I can come back as it seems my health is not of any concern.

Went for our first time tonight. It was awesome, my kids absolutely loved it. Definitely gonna head back and work my way down the menu. The owners were also great, told us all about how they came to be. Offered opinions about menu since it was our first time. Even ended up giving us free samples so we had an idea of what to get

Pricey, but worth it for special occasions!!!Decadent chocolate, great service, and very clean.

Great really thin pancakes! Great treat for the whole family to share after dinner. Don't ask for Nutella, it's an insult to the chocolate they have.
