Deerfield Inn

I'm thoroughly impressed with this place. Seriously. Lady at the front desk was very accommodating. Room smells very clean. You can definitely tell this place has been remodeled. A few scuffs here and there, but I will definitely give this place a thumbs up.

I wouldn't give this Motel one star it has roaches in the room one was in my bed with me last night. When I called the front desk the lady says to me well what do you want me to do about it oh, it's also in the middle of nowhere there's no Transportation here I got dropped off after flying in for a wedding that's close by so I thought this would be easier to be picked up for the wedding but there's no stores near there's no Uber there's no taxis you're like stuck here in the middle of nowhere. I actually checked out two days before my actual check out day I couldn't take it any longer and I missed the wedding

This hotel is located on the Hwy 45 bypass and E. Mitchell St. We were going to arrive at this hotel a little after hours, so I called ahead. The gentleman that I spoke with was very happy to wait for us. We arrived about 15 minutes after the front desk had closed, but check in was quick and easy. The rooms were a nice surprise! The were big and very clean! A standard room come with a microwave and dorm size fridge. The flat screen televisions have a very expanded cable package and the rooms even have ceiling fans. The beds were new and comfortable and the showers are hot with great water pressure. They have a free breakfast which we didn't partake in. We never do. The hotel itself is small and is only 18 or 20 rooms. It is family owned and maintained. The owners and staff are helpful and friendly. There is a Walmart and a few restaurants within 2 miles. It would be a 4 star review if the free wifi had been as good the last 2 days as the rest of the stay. It had good speed and a strong signal. The last 2 days it was totally down. Overall I would stay there again. It is 300 feet from the local winery, so it books up fast during festivals.Bottom Line:Great StaffClean RoomsDecent PricesWifi Good then None

Area isn't so bad, that's 1 star and 2 star is for having clean towels and running water. Several receptacles don't work, Bed and blankets had rips and burn marks, couch was ripped apart, and I woke up at 2am with a brown recluse on the bed which happens but very uncommon for a place that's ment to be cleaned daily. If cleaning products are used then critters stay away.

Terrible,worst hotel ever. 70 dollars -fridge didn't work lights above bed didn't work. Tub had cracks in it mold on receptacle walpaper stapled all over extra lock on door broke. And all this without even looking for anything. If it wasn't for having to stay for work due to the snow i would have left. Will not ever stay and do not recommend staying for any reason.
