Daylight Sushi

This is THE sushi spot in Spring Hill! I will admit I haven't tried most of their menu otherwise and had an unpleasant experience with one of their dishes, but for me the sushi and by extension this restaurant still deserves 5 stars. My go to rolls are their spicy tuna rolls (add avocado and it's perfection), their spicy crunch roll, and my wife loves their Tennessee roll. Quite literally my favorite spicy tuna rolls I've ever had. Every time I try sushi somewhere elseIn Spring Hill I regret it and just come back to Daylight.The only downsides I've noticed:They seem to be struggling to keep staff, and sometimes there's a pretty long wait to get your sushi made.

Super sweet server who took great care of us. The food was unique and delicious. Decor is simple and clean.

The food was delicious! We had the Bulgogi Bowl, the Baked Salmon Roll, and the Golden Cali Roll. Everything tasted very fresh and portions were generous. The bubble tea was also delicious. The customer service was excellent! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was inviting and the restaurant was clean. We definitely recommend this place!

First of all the decor and ambiance is so cute! The service is PHENOMENAL! They answer all your questions and make sure tou feel welcomed and not rushed while eating. My friend and I got bibimbap bowls and they were so fresh, hot and delicious. Great place, great food and great people. Can't wait to go back and try more traditional Korean dishes.

My son and his friend were completely disrespected by an older gentleman, not sure if he is the owner. There was no reason for him to treat kids like that who are good kids, not trouble makers. I would think twice about spending your money here.

I loved their Geisha Roll! It was so good I am a sushi lover and I had never tasted anything like it! So good! The people there are nice as well and the restaurant was clean and had cute decorations!

Update - The owner replied to the review and offered a humble apology and no excuses...I really appreciate that, and it goes a long way with me. We all have bad days, maybe he was having one. Out of respect for the owner, I would be happy to give things another chance the next time I am in the area, thank you!
