Dallas & Jane Catering

We made a reservation for 5 on a Saturday night and everyone was very impressed. The food and drinks were all amazing and I would definitely go back. Our table tried the scallop, mussels, and sourdough small plates. They were all good but the mussels were my favorite. Our table ordered the burger, duck, and the pork chop entrees and I honestly cannot say which was best. We also had the shrimp pasta which was good but did not stand up against the other dishes. It was my first time trying duck and I was truly impressed. Everything was perfectly seasoned with unexpected flavor pairings. Give this place a try you will not regret it!

Dallas & Jane is simply put, the BEST fine dining experience Rutherford County has to offer, hands down. (No argument.. I've tried them all).I now have the great pleasure of being employed here, I just never left a review. However, I have had the pleasure of dining here numerous times prior to employment. (So now you can enjoy a review of both sides- customer & employee...cool right?) Let me say, the staff at D&J go above & beyond to make you & your guest feel incredibly celebrated & comfortable. Attention to detail is their specialty. Alex- the owner/chef not only is a perfectionist but, he is a wonderful person to work for as well. This is something SO many lack at his level. Each & every dish is made fresh, carefully prepared to perfection. The flavors/selection you ask?... Well, let's just say are out of this world! There are not many fine dining experiences, that you can dine at, that you actually get to meet the owner, chef, & feel like you are the only table in the restaurant. But, rest assured Dallas & Jane IS that spot! Alex, is in the kitchen each & every shift, visits with the tables & goes above & beyond to get to know the guests, even sitting down & chatting it up about the food each person has selected. I can not say enough great things about the staff at Dallas & Jane as well as the owner/chef Alex Belew. Do yourself a favor.. RUN not walk to this wonderful small town business, I promise, you will not regret it!! *Side note- if you are celebrating something special make sure & put that on your reservation & or let the host know.. there are ALL kinds of secret surprises that await you if you choose this spot for your special celebration night!!*

Small but inviting. Nice seating and very courteous and respectful. Food was phenomenal! Hands down will come again in the future.

Absolutely delicious food and a great team to work with. The team showed up on time, they were prepared and it's obvious they have been well trained. Each team member was kind and very eager to make the dining experience for our guest wonderful.The meal was for 90 people. We had two meats, pork tenderloin and braised chicken thighs. Both meats were cooked to perfection, tender and each had specialty sauces. The vegetables were green beans and mashed potatoes which were delicious. The salad was presented in large salad bowls for each table allowing the diners to eat as much salad as they desired. Most salads in catered large gatherings are small salads already served on a small salad plate. Each table also had a basket full of home made dinner biscuits. For dessert we enjoy apple cobbler and vanilla ice cream- yum yum!The food was beautifully presented and the servings sizes were very generous. The Belew team did a very thorough job cleaning up and were a joy to work with. The price of the meal was higher than a traditional cafeteria style large crowd meal- but the quality, taste and team were well worth the price.It was our first time to use Alex Belew Catering, but it will not be our last!
