The service was slow. The employees were very courteous. No one had on hair nets or gloves. The condiments were empty. The place was not clean. The floor had water everywhere. The burgers were good but needed sauce or more juicyness. The fries were good, but too many pieces were not editable or full. The cashier was very good. The boss gentleman at the window was very courteous. Overall, I would come back because the shakes were freaking amazing..... I'll try again to see if this was just a bad day.

This is a DQ attached to a minimarket and gas station. Only the drive-thru was open when we ordered. Our order was taken in a friendly and efficient way and the food was great. This was a very good experience, and I can recommend the place.

The dining room was closed today so we went through the drive thru. After ordering we waited about 10 minutes to get to the window when there was only one car in front of us. Once we got to the window we were advised they didn't have any cheesecake so he couldn't make the blizzards we ordered and that he forgot. It would have been nice not to wait that long in the drive thru for nothing.

Stopped in for lunch during a road trip, and the food was delicious! It took a long time due to staffing issues, but that was obviously beyond their control. The one funny thing was that the lobby area of the DQ was closed (it's part of a truck stop), so we had to park, go in to use the bathroom, come back out into the car to drive through the drive-through, then go back and park again so we could eat! The person who took our order said "what else?" after each item, which was a delightfully helpful way of acknowledging that she had gotten each item down. I know it's a little thing, but it always feels awkward when you go through a whole list of items and you don't even know if the person on the other end is even hearing you!

Close at 9 but "the ice cream machine is down right now". Oldest trick in the book. Technically they close at 8 but the signs say different, and the employees say different when you call.

The service we experienced today from the Manager that took our order this afternoon around 4:20pm had HORRIBLE customer service skills. She is extremely rude and disrespectful. I wish we didn't spend a dime at this location all because of this female Manager. The quality of food is poor and just nasty. We are very upset about the horrible experience at this DQ location today. I hope a GM or Regional Manager sees my post and takes immediate action!!!

So their motto is "Upside down or its free". It's written right on the wall. This was our 1st time at Dairy Queen. I got a large blizzard which when handed to me was already a thin milk shake consistency. If I would have turned it over the whole thing would have went all over the floor. I made a comment like "No way I can turn this upside down..." & Got no reaction other than a look. By the time we got home, which is literally 5 min away, it was soup. Wasn't even worth trying at that point & was dumped down the drain. I will give this another try someday but I definitely won't just let it slide when they hand me something that isn't thick enough to follow their motto. Very disappointed....

This Dairy Queen is attached to a gas station. The entire inside of the place smells so badly of diesel fuel we couldn't stay inside. Several other customers had to leave as well. The staff did not care about any of the complaints. Don't stop at this west Memphis DQ

This restaurant is not HALF as good as it used to be. I advise people not to eat here. For the past three times I've ordered food, my orders have been completely wrong. Simple orders too! DQ won't be waisting my time anymore If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Very dirty. Trashy service. The employees are VERY rude who don't know how to take an order. They messed up twice and had the audacity to blame me and catch an attitude. Had to get a refund in fear of them doing something to my milkshakes. The main employee who rude was some Pakistan guy named paul along with his manager who didn't do anything about it.
