During this Stay At Home time they are offering meals, so we decided to purchase. We purchased two different times and both times have been great! They call ahead to confirm your order. The staff is always great to work with. The first time we ordered the steak, Gouda Mac & cheese and their brownie. The servings were large enough for leftovers. Steak was fantastic and so was the Mac & cheese. The brownie was cake like and delicious. The bread that came wit it was a focaccia and rolls. Everything was packaged great and they were delivering at the time. The second time we had salmon, Mac & cheese, salad with goat cheese and ordered the brownie. The salmon was so good and it comes with this amazing sauce. Mac & cheese is great. One of my faves is the salad with goat cheese and really can be a meal in itself. They forgot our brownie but gave us two cake pops and a cookie. Cookie was fantastic. We are not cake pop fans but it was good. They now offer pick up and it was super easy. Highly recommend ordering from here.

Such nice people, such yummy food, and such a great event venue option.Previously, Daily Dish was a Southern style meat and three type restaurant I enjoyed. Recently, Chef Sean decided it was too hard to keep good staff to both run the restaurant and serve his catering clients, so he opted for the catering. So now when I have a hankering for the goat cheese salad that I simply love there, I just figure out what event is going to include that and order in. I sometimes dream about his macaroni and cheese... and I wish I was kidding. If you are needing a place to host a reception or meeting for 30-75 people or so, and you're figuring out in Franklin that can be tough to do, you're in luck because the former restaurant dining room is now open space you can configure as you need.Chef Sean is great, and his partner is Liz, one of the best private dining event planners I've ever encountered. I have known her professionally for more than a decade and done many events together, and now that she and Sean are tag teaming, I look forward to many, many more.

I had a team of about 50 in Nashville for some video recording and Daily Dish was our caterer and they did an INCREDIBLE job. When a team is working around the clock, back to back days; the highlight of our days is food and Daily Dish KILLED IT. To start, the food was simply delicious and full of flavor. They created individually packaged meals for us and were able to keep them fresh over our two hour meal times. Our team could not stop talking about how much they enjoyed it and couldn't believe how good it was. In addition to the food, the staff was top notch. They took such great care of us; keeping up with our meal times and special meal requests. In fact we had some last minute dietary restrictions and they handled each one fo them with ease. I would suggest using them without skipping a beat.

Is this a dream? A mix of hearty Southern food and healthy dishes like their excellent salads, fruits, smoked salmon? All you can eat brunch? Cooked by a real chef who loves to cook, not some frozen food heated by a kitchen staff?I've been to their Sunday brunch buffet several times and always leave stuffed and satisfied. I usually equate all you can eat brunch with low quality or high prices. The Daily Dish fills a segment with a price a little higher than chain stores but lower than luxury hotels, yet the quality as good as or better than many luxury hotels. The made-to-order waffles are super fluffy and the omelets are customizable a zillion different ways.Their meat and three prices are also quite reasonable and I expect to return for a dinner sometime soon.

It's all good when it starts with a biscuit! Yes, a large homemade cheddar drop biscuit brought to the table almost as soon as we sat down. Crispy at the edges, soft in the middle and so flavorful I did not even put any butter on it. The brunch buffet is now an a la carte menu (except for special occasions, like Mother's Day, I think), which suited me just fine. Although I was curious about the savory offerings, I always have to try to the french toast when I go somewhere new. I was not disappointed. Thick slices of bread, perfectly cooked. The side order of bacon was generous and just crispy enough for me. My dining companion had one of the benedicts - with smoked salmon. I had a bite and was impressed and I don't even like smoked salmon. Next time, I'll probably try the steak benedict. The regular one with shaved ham looked really good, too. Yes, I was ogling everyone's meals and they all looked wonderful.Service was very friendly and attentive. There was a large group next to us and they seemed to handle that well, too. It is a comfortable, casual place. The perfect spot to start the day!

I went there for lunch with a colleague after completing a business meeting in Franklin. On the way back to Green Hills he noticed their sign and said we should try Daily Dish. It was after 1:00 pm, when we went in. They had a menu board with burgers, sandwiches, etc. but since we were super hungry, we decided to get the meat and vegetables that were ready for them to serve to us. The person working the line was very friendly. She was also quick.I ordered coconut chicken with mashed potatoes and corn The serving sizes were huge for everything, including the chicken, which was delicious. They served me 3 good sized pieces of boneless chicken and the coating was super tasty. The veggies were also very good. Glad I didn't get the meat and three, as I wouldn't have been able to eat everything. Can't wait until our next Franklin meeting so I can go there again. Someone near us had a sandwich plate which looked good. Think I will go that route next time.

It says that five stars means "as good as it gets" and Daily Dish is "best in class." What is the class? Small casual local eatery. I'm not comparing Daily Dish to The Palm or Ruth's Chris. I'm rating it against restaurants that around here they call "meat and three's." (Not being from Tennessee or the south, I'd never heard that phrase before but quickly learned that it means an entree and three sides.) For the most part meat and threes are casual places that you can go to in anything from shorts and a tee shirt to "Sunday Best" after church. What I want to tell you about is their Sunday Brunch. I've lived in Franklin for almost 7 years but never knew about the Daily Dish. This morning I was looking for a Sunday All You Can Eat Brunch Buffet and ran across another Yelp review that said it was great so I took my 13 year old and two of my 11 year old triplet sons. When we sat down the waiters asked if it was our first time and when we said "yes," she proceeded to tell us about everything available. Shrimp, smoked salmon, bagels, a mango & strawberry salad with mixed greens; a pastry station with a nice assortment; a cheese station with goat cheese, melted brie, strawberries and more; a banana Foster's station; a dessert station with creme brûlée, melted chocolate with strawberries and marshmallows. The hot stuff includes eggs benedict, sausage patties, awesome thick bacon, a breaded/encrusted puff thingy with goat cheese in the middle, grits that my son said were the best he ever had, shredded potatoes with cheese and a few other items I can't remember. On top of that, you can order any type of egg or omelette you want from the kitchen, made to order and Belgian Waffles with chocolate chips, Oreos and a couple of other options I can't remember (all included in the price). The made to order stuff you order from your server. One of my 11 year olds ordered TWO chocolate chip Belgian waffles. The waitress told us they could be ordered as a quarter, half or whole. That shoulda been my clue. I told my son he could order ONE and if he ate that one he could get another. Whew! He ate MAYBE a quarter. Their huge, fluffy, topped with whipped cream. My other two sons took one look and ordered a quarter which was more than enough. In short, GO!My sons asked me if we could go there every Sunday. We won't, but for sure we'll go once a month.Price was $16.99 for adults and 1/2 price, $7,99 for kids 12 and under. I, ahem, palmed my 13 year old off as 12. At $7.99 for kids it's a great deal... at $17 for a kid... not so much. I felt the price was fine for an adult. As another review said, it's near-luxury hotel buffet at a moderate price.Best endorsement is that I'll go back many times.

On our wedding day, it was great until we got to the reception area. We sat down at the bride and groom table, and there was no salad, and no drinks at our table, but everyone else had salad. I had to go get our own drinks ask for our food when I got back to the table and the coordinator told us that the daily dish catering company was wondering if we brought the alcohol, which we replied what we were told that daily dish catering company was supposed to bring it because we paid for full bar service. The coordinator went to find out more information. During that time we were still waiting on our salad, I had to ask one of the waiters for the food. After the coordinator talked to the daily dish, they said two options. We have someone go get alcohol or just not have the bar. The coordinator said that they might offer a refund for the miscommunication because we didn't know they have nonrefundable policy during the time because the owner wasn't there or working that day. So we decided to not have it thinking we would be granted some refund but we didn't get anything back. During the reception my sister in law asked if they had her gluten free meal so we asked one of the waiters to go get the gluten free meal in which we had requested from them on our tasting. The waiter came back to my sister in law and said that it was not communicated to the kitchen that there was a gluten-free meal for this wedding when we clearly stated that months before the wedding. Later during our reception we had flutes but the daily dish started taking the flutes off the table when we didn't make the toast yet. The coordinator told us to contact the daily dish catering company the next day to see if we will get a refund for the inconvenience because the owner wasn't there. The next day we pick up the phone after they already called us after we called them. We answered they said that we wouldn't get a refund because they have executed there jobs to the fullest and there was nothing they did wrong. She said that the contract states that their services were non refundable. She said that they stated that there would be no alcohol and that is was clearly communicated to us before the wedding but we don't recall ever being told this. Why would we have not brought alcohol to our wedding when we paid 2,000 extra for the full bar service and the bartender. All we got were mixers for 50 people when half of them don't drink. They said that the gluten free meal was given out and that she was there during the wedding. She said that she was guiding everything in the kitchen but if she was guiding the kitchen where did the gluten meal go. We know our guest list and who is gluten free. If she was there why didn't she ever come talk to us about the issues we were having. I was upset and frustrated because we paid for there full bar service for nothing. We thought that when it said full bar service means everything not just mixers for the alcohol. We didn't have that many people and they knew that, why wouldn't they say anything to us. They just wanted our money because if they didn't they would have clarified and helped us. I asked if we can have the mixers but she said that it is against the law. Why would it be against the law to give us the drinks we paid for that shouldn't have been opened of course and If they were opened why were they going to give us second hand mixers. We never got emailed the last contract even though they said emailed it to us. Our contract was never approved, why wouldn't they contact us to verify the agreement. There was no professionalism with the details about their packages, it should not have been a guessing game for their services. I understand not having a full refund but just saying that we didn't understand was wrong. They got paid for a service that was never given and we paid for them to have new mixers for their new wedding.

We used Daily Dish as our wedding caterer on October 1st at Ruby in Hillsboro Village. They were so incredible our families both still talk about how blown away they were by how good the food was and the excellent service. I wish I knew her name but the female bartender was the star of the show! When we realized we didn't have a mixer 30 minutes before cocktail hour she went and got more for us. She also picked family out of the crowd and was SO attentive to them and prioritized my mom and mother in law especially, which they will never forget. As they were setting up all the wait staff were so kind and uplifting, they genuinely seemed like they were happy to be a part of our day. I would use Daily Dish over and over again I just can't say enough good things about them! We feel so lucky to have found them.
