D Vine Wines & Spirits

I was on my way to an event in this area and wanted to grab some alcohol for future events.The store is pretty small but the employees are nice and I was able to get the drinks that I wanted. I grabbed a bottle of whiskey and a party pack of 99 for about $9. The prices here are definitely good.

My Wife went there to buy me some Rare bourbon for my Birthday, she knows nothing about Bourbon. She knows what I like, but that is all she knows. She was very perplexed when she arrived, I am assuming they perceived this, because they were not going to let her leave till she found something. Talk about Customer Service!She was perplexed because she got the dreaded "We have some good stuff in the back but it is for our Good Customers" she actually heard this from 3 different liquor stores in Desoto and Shelby country. Not this store, they went above and beyond to make sure She got me a Great Gift! I can't express how pleased I was, not just for the gift, but how they treated my wife with total respect and empathy, something that is on short supply these days. You guys have a Customer for life and my up most respect! Thank You!

Was seeking a particular bottle of red wine and one of the employees recommended this one. Even gave me a free bottle of spritzer to add to lessen the sweet taste of it...I LOVE IT!!!Will definitely be back for another

This is 100% the best liquor store in the area. Not only do they have a great personal touch but their prices are very competitive. They will order what you want if it's possible. While the store may not be as large as one that is down the road theirs is quality (don't read expensive). Bang for your buck they have the best merchandise! I love this store!

We found Devine wine and spirits on yelp and decided call for directions, since they are in a densely packed mall area. They gave us very good directions. They happen to be in the back of a strip center that can not be easily seen from the road. They had a fairly good selection of wines. The customer service was great. Their pricing was competitive for the area. The clerk was impressed that we knew about the new Dave Matthews wines and confirmed that the chardonnay is a very good pear based option. He suggested some other wines we might want to try in the future.He also spent some time discussing the industry and the new law that will allow them to have in-store food and wine tastings 4 times a year. He seemed very excited about this opportunity to educate their customers on new wines...allowing for tastings right in-store.Overall it was a great find. We enjoyed our visit and the clerk was truely appreciative of our business and interest in his opinions. We will definitely stop by next time we are in the area.

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I have been looking for the Heisenberg edition of Blue Ice Vodka for almost a year now. I finally started calling every liquor store that was listed as a retailer (I had visited some listed that didn't have it so I didn't trust the list much..) Finally DVine Wine's said they had it! I got so excited! He told me they had two bottles so I asked if he could save me a bottle until I could come up the next day and he did! They were so nice when I got there too. I would definitely recommend them if you're looking for something in particular.

I really hate to give this store a one star rating but after this recent experience it definitely deserves it. I'm a frequent at this location and the gentleman with the beard and glasses is ALWAYS so helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and gives great suggestions. Well today I went in and saw all new faces and the gentleman at the counter was a complete asshole. I inquired about certain beverages and rim options (sugar salt) they have or that he could recommend and his response was "this is a Mississippi liquor store i have no idea what you're talking about and I'm sure we don't feel whatever it is you want" in confusion and disbelief that he responded that way i politely put all my bottles down and walked out. I'd be foolish to spend my money in an establishment that speaks to their customers in this manner. You NEVER have to worry about me returning. You should definitely bring back the nice guy that took pride in his job i hate i can't think of his name.

Nice place. Good variety. Friendly service. Non-scuzzy liquor stores seem to be rare in MS. This one is good.

I go there all the time. It's a clean store and the staff is really friendly. They always put me in a good mood for the night. It's definitely my favorite store in Southaven.

Just stopped in for a bottle of wine. Employees very knowledgable and helpful with my selection.
