Cupcake Cutie Etc

Date of visit: August 9, 2023We spotted this little shop on our walk over to the Peabody Hotel to check out the ducks and made a point to swing back through on the way back to our hotel and are glad that we did.The cupcakes are essentially Build Your Own. Select your base (strawberry, lemon, vanilla, etc.) and then pick your icing (peanut butter, chocolate, so on and so forth), and then a topping such as peanut butter chips or coconut. I would have appreciated a little better signage for the toppings and icings, but the price for these was not bad and best of all, the cupcakes were very good.I went with a vanilla cupcake, covered in peanut butter icing and topped with peanut butter chips. Seemed like I got the last of the chips so my timing was good!

Cute Black owned business downtown. If you have a sweet tooth you will not be disappointed at all. I tried the milkshake which also had a cupcake blended into it. You can mix and match flavors to your liking.

Cute little shop!! The cupcakes are heavenly!! So many flavors and toppings!! Don't sleep on the cupcake shake, it's my favorite indulgence from this place! In the summer, there's outdoor seating and year round there are board games to keep you hanging around. The owner and his dad are kind and friendly!

The hosts were very friendly and professional upon greeting us. Despite the rain, the store was nice, and the decorations and window displays were authentic. There was a huge selection of cupcakes, and the chocolate is extremely delicious.

Absolutely great service, great cupcakes, and the father son dynamic is a good match. They were very knowledgeable, accommodating and helpful. I hope they continue producing the same high level of quality goods that they have & are currently providing. They are a great asset to the downtown community! We love cupcake cutie, so will you!

We were walking by after a day at the Civil Rights Museum, and the owner was out front grilling, and invited us in.My wife and I loved the cupcakes. She had a strawberry cake with lemon icing and gold glitter. I had the Oreo cupcake with butter crepe icing and black&white chocolate chips.The cake was perfect: moist without being clumpy, fluffy without being dry. And the butter creme icing hit every pleasure nerve in my brain! I can't wait to go back to Memphis just for more of these cupcakes!!!

Glad we stopped in because I had the opportunity to met and awesome staff, listen to some great tunes and create my own cupcake. Now I have never created my own cupcake so that was a stressful but awesome experience . This is a must try if you are near Beale St!

The cupcake was so good - I couldn't resist taking a bite right away. The bakery has a cute concept. You pick the cake flavor, frosting and toppings. Service is so helpful and super patient for those here for first time. There's seating outside where you can sit and enjoy your treat.

I stumbled upon this shop one night in March. Another customer waved for me to come inside. Cute decor, great service, and a chill atmosphere. You can build your own cupcake. Pick your base favor, pick your frosting, add toppings, and last add a drizzle. It was so good. 5 star business plus it's black owned and downtown.
