Crumpy's Hot Wings

Whewww I forgot how good crumpeys fried green tomatoes were. Since I haven't had them since I was a kid. But I def will be back for more. PLUS THEY ARE BLACK OWNED!

Food wasn't good at all I wouldn't recommend anybody to eat here .please shut these place down, rude employees no a/c they are using blower made for jumping bouncing Service wasn't great at all!!! I wouldn't feed my dead dog these place!!!!!!!!!

The service was outstanding! On to the food, I got seven wings with fries and a drink! Prior to arriving at Crumpy's they were highly recommended! So you place your order, pay for it and your given a pager! Excellent idea! That means you should be getting fresh product! That didn't happen! I received old wings mixed in with fresh wings! The old wings were hard and inedible! The hot wing sauce was weak and used sparingly, wings dry! Not impressed at all!

So this place NEVER answers the phone. The wings are cool but on my last order I was jipped on the chicken tenders. They can be a little pricey. I just would enjoy them better if they answered the phone.

First and foremost, I am shocked that I am the first person to do a review on this location and I am not even from Memphis!? However my mother stays minutes within this place and they have some of the best wings in the south. You may think Buffalo, NY is the wing capital of the world, well then Memphis is the 2nd city of wings, because there are a lot of them around the place. You have DD's, Windy City, D'Bo's - just to name a few, but Crumpy's is definitely tops in the city. This location stays pack, so your wings are always fresh. It is in the hood, but I'm about the quality of the food, not location or ambiance. They have this golden sauce, that is hard to explain - but once you eat the first one - you can't stop eating them! Good wings, good sauces, - hot and fresh when you get it. The only knock, it takes a minute to get your food. Check'em out when you come to town or if you are already here and never had them!

The wings I ordered was really good! They Customer service is horrible! They don't like to pick up the phone at all! I called about 5Xs let the phone ring about 10Xs! So I went up there as I placed my order the lady was very rude in remind you this was my first time visiting this place the lady was rude the phone was ringing off the hook as I'm placing my order I look and see the phone right by her she didn't try to pick up and then to hold or nothing and I was asking her how do the wings run she acted like I was suppose to been knew already! The only get a 3 star from me because I love wings In there's was actually good oh in you have to wait about 25 mins after you place your order

Wings were fried too hard. Green tomatoes were good! Service was good although had to wait about 5 minutes for someone to come to the counter.

I ordered a 10 piece cut wing and onion rings today. I received 5 fresh wings and 5 old ones. Onion rings were good as well as the fresh wings. I will not eat from there again.

Can't beat Crumpy's in the Whitehaven area. We order here for every versus battle, big game, or lazy kitchen day when wings are on the menu
