Crumbl - Germantown

It's Crumbl...you either love them or hate them. This location is about as good as the rest. They keep a good amount of cookies stocked h til they run out which is all locations. Fair amount of toppings and never sloppy with the toppings either

No red boxes for the valentine season as promoted. They looked delicious but all 3 fell flat. Choc strawberry could use more strawberry flavour. MM one was rock hard & stale- nearly chipped a tooth! Molten lava was to crispy nothing Molton about it. Super dissapointed.

I finally got to try the talked about cookie place! Some love it and some hate it. I enjoyed the cookies that I ordered, but I know the menu changes weekly, so perhaps some cookies are better than others. I prefer a soft cookie (half baked) cookie. I mean...I love cookie dough so the texture of the Crumbl cookies I picked were just right. I had chocolate chip, wedding cake, and a pistachio gelato cookie. The gelato and wedding cake were sugar cookie bases. My favorite was the chocolate cookie, can't go wrong with a classic. The inside looked clean, with the staff working away making cookies. You order and pay at the kiosk, there was a lady standing behind the counter to assist if you needed help with ordering, but it's pretty easy to operate. I waited less than a minute before I was given my order and I was on my way! Would I go back? Yea, if I'm in the area and the menu looks appealing, but I wouldn't drive out of my way for the cookies. Give them a try and maybe you will find a favorite

A quick stop at the Crumbl location. For me service was quick and she didn't mind explaining what each flavor was. The cookie shop was neat and clean and cookies were being cooked and prepared fresh. They are made like a soft flavorful mini cake with icing. The flavors are endless and I'm sure have the kind you will like.

Clean and in a great location when shopping in the "the creek". Employees lack customer service and greeting skills when customers/ families arrive excitedly to purchase cookies . Small fun place for sweets for sure with large cookies!!

Was super excited to try this place today . I've been seeing them from Tiktok and after seeing the latest reviews I made it my business to stop by and check it out . When you walk in it's like walking into an ice cream shop. The aroma of the fresh baked cookies brought me back to childhood . The customer service was phenomenal immediately all of the employees spoke as I walked in and answered any questions I had about the latest cookies . I got the original chocolate chip cookies and the peanut butter brownie cookies. The chocolate chip cookies was THICK I mean so thick you would think it's a cake . It was very warm, moist, and more easy to pull apart . The peanut butter brownie one was my absolute fav ! The texture and consistency was everything and more. I'll be back to try more flavors soon on my next cheat day

The Red Velvet Cupcake cookies are not red, do not have cream cheese icing or any of the flavor or appearance of last year's Red Velvet Cupcake cookies that were AMAZING. These are brown cookies with flavorless icing. How disappointing! When we called we were told they were red and all look the same. You decide.

I visited Crumbl during the first week of their opening. I had previously visited the E. Memphis location and I knew what to expect. I was not disappointed. I'm fact, I was elated. Service was very fast and my strawberry cheesecake cookie was very scrumptious. The only distraction was there was a red velvet cookie that was rather dark. The explanation was that it had been sitting out for a few days. Anyway, the cookies they serve are fresh off the rack and not from the display on the counter.

My review is based on nothing but the appalling lack of etiquette and service by the workers. I walked in mid-afternoon and there were no other customers. I stood at the counter for over a minute while 2 workers, 6-7 feet away from me refused to look up or acknowledge me. When one finally deigned to approach me it was clearly with an attitude of "Pal, I don't care if you buy anything or not"! The cookies are fine but for me, not worth that type of treatment.
