Crumbl - East Memphis

The cookies here are huge and thick! I like all the different types and I'd love to come back and try some more. Liked:- Cookie; S'mores BrownieOk:- Cookie: Milk Chocolate Chip

Nice combo of cookies. Some were warm and some cold. The strawberry cookie was awesome moist and not too sweet. The chocolate chip cookie is always a great treat. It was super convenient to use the kiosk. Pick up and go!

Certain cookies don't cone out like you'd hope however they taste good. Service is better than a lot of places with the off chance on of an employee having a bad day. The inside is pretty modern. If there were a couple tables and chairs outside I feel that would excite people and bring a tad bit more business especially since spring and summer are around the corner. All in all not a bad place to grab a cookie or two and indulge yourself. Oh and this location needs a better selection of mystery cookies, I feel like we get the short end of the stick when it cones to that.

The thing i love most about Crumbl is they often have more than "just cookies" and they rarely miss! Their treats that are more mini-cake like are DELICIOUS! More often than not their service is great. Minor blips here and there but not enough for me to stop patronizing them!

I went today on one of the busiest days. I placed my order. Unfortunately, they were out of the turtle . I settled for the chocolate chip , peppermint, and 2 cinnamon roll cookies. I got my cookies and headed to my car. Lo and behold, it was the wrong flavors. I returned back to the store, and I did receive the correct ones. Overall, I'm a crumble fan.

So good. They have definitely hit their stride. These cookies are perfection incarnate.

Cookies- great! Service- mediocre at best. I went to Crumbl tonight and stood in line because I wanted to use the app to get loyalty points. Their self service kiosks are not user friendly for using or accruing points. I asked a staffer and he said to just keep going in the kiosk. By the end it never gave me the points. When I asked about it, they said "call corporate." I found that response lazy and unresponsive and am disappointed by the service.

These cookies are overly hyped in my opinion. I like the fact that they have different cookies every week. Everything looks delicious!! But all of their cookie taste nothing but butter. I can never finish a whole cookie because it'll make my stomach hurt. They make the cookies in the front as well. And every time I go up there, all I ever see are tubs and tubs of butter. Yeah I don't think it's that great either.

We've been a good amount of times. I think only one time were the kiosks actually working to use. Every other time they've been down. The staff seemed annoyed to be helping us. One lady whispered only, but talked loud away from us, we literally could barely hear her. I wish I could find the pictures, but there was absolutely zero effort put in to topping our last cookies! It was awful! Also, IHad a free birthday reward and didn't realize it expired on a Sunday and they refused to honor it. Just not the best experience at the east Memphis location for sure.
