Placed a pick up order online for curbside. Ordering online was a breeze and saved me a good amount of time. When I arrived I parked up and ended up waiting 10 mins for my item to be brought out by a girl who looked a lil frazzled. The item was also a gift and the box had some greasy fingerprints on it as well as icing smear on the happy birthday sticker. I managed to wipe most of it off but in my opinion it should not have appeared that way in the first place for a $5 cookie. The cookie itself looked absolutely amazing.

First day of Crumbl!!! LOVED IT!! It always smells so good inside and the staff were very friendly and quick to assist!!! I've never seen a Crumbl with a drive-thru so that was very neat! I still wanted to go inside to smell the delish cookies!! I will definitely be back for some more chocolate chip cookies!!

Seem to be out of everything. Ordered two milk chocolate chip cookies due to them being out of the cookies I wanted. As I was walking out the door they informed me that they were out of the milk chocolate too so they gave me something else. If I would have know I wasn't getting what I ordered then I wouldn't have went there in the first place.
