This is the absolute worst Cracker Barrel I have ever gone to, there is no service to rate because all customers are an after thought. Stopped going but still ordered food, that is a joke too, takes them over an hour to make one plate they had already been paid for and all these locations want you to add a tip on ahead orders even before you get your food, really? Not again at this stinking location if I even try it again.

I came in before a rush and waited some time before being seated. My waitress was ok but told me steak tips weren't available on the menu anymore but then said they were.Food arrived after a really long wait. Scrambled egg with cheese, first 2 bites was nothing but shell ugh! Steak tips were over cooked and the hasbrown casserole was super salty. I'm leaving so hungry & super dissapoibted.

I have been ordering from Cracker Barrel's online for years and I never had any problems getting what I ordered until today at 2;18pm! I was missing a side of corn and a side of stewed apples as well as two sides of biscuits and cornbread! The food was good and they tell you to check your order which I've never done! You should have confidence in a reputable business whose name is an historic icon in the restaurant industry, to make sure that customers orders are correct! Why should the customers have to check their order when you're trying to hurry up and get home before the food gets cold! So this review is to let you know that when you order takeout from Cracker Barrel CHECK your Order!!!

This wasn't their day. My wife and I eat here occasionally and the service is usually sub par. The host acted as if the place was running 100% occupancy, instead it was about 30%. The only time our server made eye contact or responded to our request was during her intro. Food was shy of warm and it took fifty minutes. There was a major and noticeable shift from weekend to weekday staff. Oh but I have to mention, the server next to our table showed great service and kind interactions to all her guest. The store is awesome!

If you get Togo through the app just expect about 3 times the wait time that it actually shows. I have never seen a Cracker Barrel this slow on getting orders out and I have been to at least 40 different Cracker Barrel's at least

You cannot easily see this place from the main road. You should use GPS to make sure you hit your turn. Parking lot is huge with plenty of spots.The wait is usually 30 minutes regardless of when you come. It is still a struggle for restaurants to get enough staff. You can wait inside in the overcrowded store with people shuffling past you every minute. Or, you can wait outside and enjoy their rocking chairs. They have a texting system that let you know when your table is ready so waiting in your car is an option.I ordered the Country Boy Breakfast. I got hash brown casserole, grits, 3 eggs, biscuits and gravy, cinnamon apples, and steak. Everything was enjoyable. The steak is just a hunk of meat with no tenderness. They cooked the steak the way I wanted it and brought steak sauce without me having to ask for it.

I was so skeptical on coming here because there are a lot of bad reviews. I don't know if it's because a weekday or what but the food was good it was hot our waitress her name was Moe and she took very good care of us. I will definitely be back.

Giving this one star because I can't review without a star. My husband and I went there for lunch May 9, 2023, at around 11:15, for lunch. We were seated at dirty table, and the whole restaurant looked dirty. We were only given breakfast menus. We tried to get the attention of one of the wait staff, who all ignored us. People who came in after us had orders taken and got served. After 20 minutes, since no one had taken our orders, we left.We've been eating at Cracker Barrel's for years, even during both our cancer treatments. We always felt comforted there. This was such a hostile, unwelcoming experience, neither of us will go back to a Cracker Barrel.Sorry to bring this up, but was our treatment because we are white?

We stopped in on our way home from a cross country rx trip. The service here is non existent. We waited 10-15 mins to be acknowledged for a table. That was at 245 pm with no line and hardly anyone in there. The waiter never came to refill our drinks and we waited well over an hour for the food to come out. You can tell no one here gives a crap about anything. Stop somewhere else.
