Happy to put in the first review.This place is a gem. It's clean and quiet and reasonably priced. The owner is an older couple who are not on site. However, I called "Mr. Bill" with a question and we ended up speaking on the phone for 10 minutes about several things. He was so friendly and personable.I met his wife when she came in to write me a receipt. She was also extremely friendly and we chatted for some time. The most amazing thing is that the lobby is left open and unlocked. It's like a little living room with 2 large w/d for guests and a clean bathroom with a shower. We will definitely be staying there when husband has to work in the Union City area.

Replaced motor in awning and dicor on the roof. Awesome service and very nice owners. I would highly recommend them
