Cousins Maine Lobster - Nashville

I was able to try Cousins Maine Lobster when the food truck rolled into my town last month. They were right up the street so figured why not!I ordered the lobster roll (cold style) and the tots. If you haven't had a lobster roll (and one like Cousins) you will find yourself transported across the country to the East Coast. The lobster in the roll was plentiful and succulent, nicely toasted roll, that married these fine flavors together without having to add much else -- but what more do you really need.The tots were an abundance of love and more lobster meat, diced tomatoes, and drizzled with an amazing finger-licking good sauce. Let's also point out how crispy and well seasoned the tots were, blending it with the meaty lobster, and it was one delicious bite one right after the other. Look forward to you next time!

I tried them when they came rolling through Jackson Miss. Not sure what the hype is. Small roll, pricey, and not flavorful.

I decided to try Cousins once again when they rolled through KC last week. The last time was about a year ago. Because the weight is always super long for walk up orders I decided to use the app to pre-order food. Last year when they were here I also use the app but this year it seems like they had some issues with it. They said that pre-ordering would be open for two hours prior to the event start But there was some confusion because it was almost an hour after they said when the app finally updated to let people pre-order. Not only that, but it also closed much earlier than they said. I was able to get my order in though, so I was happy about that. Hopefully next time they have that figured out before they come into town again.So I headed to cinderblock when my order was ready and was able to skip the two hour wait in line and just picked up my food and grabbed my beer and went to enjoy it.I decided to go with a lobster, grilled cheese, and the lobster bisque. The lobster grilled cheese was really good and I would definitely order it again. I had the lobster bisque the prior visit and had to get that again because it is absolutely fantastic. Both items paired perfectly together, and I would definitely get both again.Check them out the next time they roll through town.

Really great quality lobster and a good portion. The Connecticut is pretty simple and uncomplicated. The lobster bisque was overall balanced on flavor. Everything tasted fresh and is priced same as similar places on quality & offerings. They are very tech which makes ordering & payment breeze and have rewards program. Or just order at the truck with their super friendly staff. They are very good about posting to facebook where to find them, and their app is available in app stores.

We were at the annual spring festival in downtown Franklin and this truck was there. I have eaten from this truck several times. It's kinda pricey, but the food is good quality and everything I have gotten there is fresh and tasty. The staff are friendly and the food was out quickly. In the past I have gotten the Lobster Tacos and the Lobster quesadilla. Very good. Today, we had the Lobster Tots which is enough food for 2 people to share, so that helps with the price point. We also shared a Connecticut Lobster Roll. Pricey, but it was a very good portion of Lobster. I think you can go to the trucks website and see where it will be. If you can afford it, I would definitely check it out.

I finally got to try the famous Cousins Maine Lobster from Shark Tank. Customer service was exceptional, I really appreciate that. I got the Connecticut roll and it was good. It didn't come with the slaw or pickle, and it is a small sandwich for $25. I can say that I tried it. My wish is that it was on a longer piece of bread with drawn butter on the side, and more chunks of lobster seasoned with old bay or lawry's season salt. Also for the price, a combo would suffice. The ambiance is a food truck, however; the owner was wearing gloves and had his hair covered. I also got a Whoopie pie for free...

Food truck was in Columbia, MO today. They had a good following so there was quite a line. Pre ordering opened at 12. At 12:09 they were no longer taking any pre orders. They have a good system. You place your order and pay with card or Apple Pay and then wait for them to call your name. From order to getting food was about 7 min. Not bad at all. I got the Connecticut roll. So much delicious lobster on the roll. It was buttery and decadent. Lovely taste. It's not cheap, but you are getting good quality lobster. It was worth it!

I love Cousins Lobster! I could eat 10 of these rolls...I'm addicted, for sure! The Maine is probably my favorite with the mayo and being Chilled, but I also love the Connecticut with drawn butter. I almost always get one of each! If you're gonna splurge, then go all the way, in my opinion.

I had my experience in Monroe, LA. On day one, I had the lobster tacos and OMG were they amazing!! The pico was fresh, the cilantro lime sauce was a hit, the lobster was incredible!!! On day 2, yes I went back for more, I had both the Garlic Butter and Connecticut lobster rolls. 10/10 recommend!!! The lobster was juicy and cooked to perfection. The rolls had to have been the BEST buttery, crispy, delicious rolls I've ever had. Needless to say, I will be there to support Cousins Maine Lobster EVERY CHANCE I GET!!! The customer service was incredible also and the wait times weren't bad at all.

Cousins Mains Lobster Food truck is currently in Arkansas. A friend of mine tried it while in Pine Bluff so I had to try when they made it to Jonesboro. We ordered on the app since it was so cold out. You earn points but i'm not sure what they are for. We ordered the Garlic Butter Lobster Roll with a lemon and the lobster Quesadilla. Our food was ready within 10 minutes, we were served quickly. The food was amazing!!!! Literally some of the best lobster I've ever had. I only took away a star because the food wasn't as hot as I would've liked it to be, but it's really good! The outside of the food truck was clean! The truck was clean. The menu is posted on the side if you don't want to use the app.
