I have stayed here 3 different times over the last 18 months. Though the staff is welcoming - the property is always under going some loud obnoxious construction. Having to deal with the noise, the mess & rudeness from the construction workers I will never pay to stay at this location again. You will definitely not get any work done in your room due to the nonstop noise during the day. To make things worse the pillows are horrible!

Avoid this hotel at all costs. It is dirty, rundown and the staff lies consistently. There are several hotels in Germantown that I have stayed at over the years and this is by far the worst. Our TV didn't work our entire 4 night stay despite reporting it on night one. They advertised housekeeping every 3 days and on day 3 we requested it and they never showed. The shower also didn't work properly. Water only came out through the 'wand' and not the overhead shower head. Again, this was reported and got no response. The icing on the cake is that this stay was paid for by points. The GM said he would give us a 30,000 point refund for all our problems and we have it in writing. He has only given us 10,000. Poorly built and dirty hotel, horrible service and a lying GM. Your money/points deserve better. If you are locked into Bonvoy, there is a full service Marriott very close.I am shocked by this treatment. I was Ambassador level for many years until l retired. I have lifetime Titanium status with Marriott and still got this treatment. If this is how they treat their best customers, no one is safe from them. They are clearly prioritizing profit over customer experience.Most Marriotts know how to both simultaneously but this place fails miserably and the GM is an. 'In your face' liar.

I am a Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite Member who has been staying at this property for six years with no prior issues, until this most recent stay. The first room I was given (King Bed as reserved) had a non-functioning air conditioner so I requested another room. I was moved to a two-Double which was absolutely disgusting. Furniture was worn. Air conditioner and curtain were covered in dust. Floor was stained and had toenail clippings on it. Shower curtain was moldy.I left after one night, checked out, and moved to the Fairfield in Marion, Arkansas (great stay there).Awful, right? But even worse is being charged for a third room for four nights that I never set foot in. Hotel staff and management offered ZERO cooperation. Even more surprising was ZERO support from Marriott Corporate. "New" management (Crestline Hotels) beginning in October actually told me they were "refusing" to assist guests with prior issues.Garbage property with even worse support from management and ownership. Skip it (and the Residence Inn next door also owned by Crestline) and stay somewhere else.

I'm a diehard Marriott/Bonvoy guy. Stayed at this location about 10 times in two years. But this will be my last.Room/bathroom smell like mold/mildew, which is from a very old shower curtain. The decor on the room, is straight 1990's.With Covid, I can't pick on a hotel to badly, but this place is in desperate need or either a full out renovation. Or selling the place, and building a new Courtyard.Other thing to take into consideration, is traffic/road access. Depending on time of day, and which direction you are heading, it can literally take you 10+ minutes to pull out of either entrance of the hotel/make it through the huge intersection right outside of this hotel.If you have to cross traffic, to go anywhere/it is literally a game of Russian roulette to arrive to your destination safely

This Courtyard is just fine. I was staying for several nights and was hoping for an upgrade, but I was in one of the smaller, standard rooms. We had a lot of stuff with us due to being on the road for almost 2 weeks, so it was tight.Just like most Courtyards, the bed was comfortable enough but not as good as the higher-end Marriott properties. Bathroom was OK but the drain in the shower didn't work very well. The air conditioning cranked - which was important because the weather was disgustingly hot and humid. The hallways, however, are not air conditioned, so they have a bit of a dank feel. There's enough parking around the property - even during the nights that were very booked. One of the side entrances stopped working, though. We got back on the later side (maybe 10pm-ish) and couldn't get in due to the contraption not recognizing key cards.The cafe downstairs has the usual choices for breakfast and dinner - albeit expensive. An egg white omelette and a coffee or two will cost about $20.The bright spot was the staff - anyone that I interacted with was great. But this place could use a little TLC overall.

The rooms are nice... having said that, the first night I was there the toilet didn't work and the shower didn't have any water pressure. I had to wait until the morning to have it looked at. I had to request it twice before anyone said they would look at it. Water pressure still wasn't good and a guest a room down from me fixed the toilet for me. On the third day I requested my room be serviced. The trash was taken out...no bags were put in the trash. They were left for me to put them in. The bed was not changed. I had to get linens from downstairs to do it myself.On the positive...the staff in the front with the exception of one was nice and the maintenance guy was nice. I just hate that I had to put in so much effort to have a peaceful stay. I was not overall satisfied and I can't say that I would recommend this hotel... especially since there are other options so close. Btw internet on tv didn't work either.And yes they charge your card when you get there for the entire stay plus an additional deposit. When I asked if I didn't get the water fixed and had to check out would I be charged for the entire stay I was told probably, but management would have to be involved.I was stressed the whole stay.Staff was polite and room was big ....I just wished service was stepped up.

Till this hotel is renovated I would not stay here again. Let me start by saying the staff was nice and friendly but the condition of the hotel is poor. There were stains on the carpet in public areas and the elevator was a patchwork of taped up cardboard. In the room the closet door fell on my wife when she tried to open it since it was no longer attached to the railing. The remote control was held together with duct tape and most concerning was visible mold in the bathroom on the wall and ceiling. It is in a nice area of town with to many other options to stay here again.
