Corky's

My family of 6 went there and it was amazing service and even better food. The potato salad was an absolute hit and we had to order more to take home with us. Will definitely be back when in the Memphis area!!

Think Denny's, but barbecue. Not bad, not great. Easy for kids. Has easy parking, good customer service, has a $35 meal for two that comes with 4 meats and 4 sides. It's really a meal for 3 people. Overall, not terrible, but definitely reheat feel.

Food was good. Service was great. Only downside is only serve beer no mixed drinks.We definitely like the sauce versus a dry rub when it came to the ribs

Three stars is spot on for this place. Food came sloppy as hell, overstuffed in open broken styrofoam containers. Every person who allowed this to go from kitchen to me is a failure to this companies investment. It doesn't matter what the place looks like, how much marketing you do, or where you open. If the people are not inspired to care about what they serve, you will not fully prosper. Ribs should come wrapped in foil and separate to retain heat and keep them somewhat moist. Speaking of that, the ribs were tough, dry, and ranged from fair to inedible. I got dry rub and the wifey got the sauced. Both were equally bad. Catfish was ok, it needed a bit longer in the fryer because of how big it was. Flavor was pretty good. It was fully soft and had zero crunch unfortunately. This again is a packaging failure. No vents on the box, all shoved in together with a big container of cold tartar sauce. It popped open before we got it as well to add to the food arriving limp and chilly. Beans are too sugary sweet for me. Hushpuppies I dig! I should have gotten more of them. We thought we were getting food from the Olive Branch location through DoorDash, but it was sent to this one in Collierville. I think the OB is leaps and bounds better in my opinion. We normally get take out from there. '24 - 8/100

Yummy. We normally go to the other location in Memphis. But this location is the BEST!!! Everyone here is super nice. The last time we were here we had Antonio and he was very nice. this time we had Clint, which he was nice as well. the BBQ nachos are super yummy here!! The brisket sandwich was super delicious too!! we will drive all the way out here every time we visit because the service was so nice and the food is so good. Cute inside too.

As always, food was great. Service was top notch. Jasmine had my food out quick and my glass refilled before it ever went empty.

We brought family from out of town to your Collierville location today for lunch. Our guests were really excited to try the best ribs in Memphis, so we knew Corky's was the perfect choice! Unfortunately we had the worst experience at a Corky's from the cleanliness, to food quality, to service, and even to getting our bill at the end of our visit.I'll start with cleanliness. When we were seated at our booth, the table was a bit dirty and sticky, and we had to ask three times for it to be cleaned. When the server finally came over, she used a damp cloth but unfortunately ended up wiping sticky crumbs into our laps. To make matters worse, after eating the ribs we found the wet naps to be dried-up and unable to be used. So when one of our guests went to wash up in the restroom he found the men's restroom to be dirty and lacking towels.As for the food quality, we ordered a couple of pulled pork sandwich plates, a classic pulled pork sandwich, a full slab of the muddy ribs with sides, and a combo with brisket and half a slab of ribs. The buns were quite hard, almost stale, and the pulled pork was full of tough, gristly bits. The brisket was a bit unappetizing with its grey color, and honestly, none of the meats had much flavor--it felt like they had gone without seasoning. The fries, too, appeared overdone and tasted kind of freezer burned instead of fresh.In terms of service, our server didn't seem very friendly or attentive. We had to ask multiple times for the table to be cleaned, and our orders didn't all come out together. The sandwiches came out first, but one of them wasn't even made correctly. I found myself getting up to grab napkins after asking for them several times, and we also had to ask a few times for a box for our leftover ribs before one of our guests went to get it themselves.We ended up having to go to the register to get our bills after asking for them multiple times.I was really looking forward to sharing the Corky's experience with our family, but it did not turn out to be the experience I was expecting.

Great catfish and great service! Very nice folks working here and such a fun atmosphere!

Our 1st time here but definitely will be back. Our server Ashley was attentive and very friendly. 5 Stars great job Ashley

I visited Drive thru today I received great customer service, gentleman repeated my order, food in bag was correct , hot. I'll gladly return.
