They have a very nice selection of wines and liquors.A few of the twenty-something aged staff have the personalities of door nails, though. You'd think they'd be happy to see customers, as this store seems slow much of the time.

Busy, but can be much friendlier towards customers. Please do not be; short, curt and have snappy replies as if we're bothering you. Customers understand you're busy. Just Good customer service and customer experience will bring in more customers and money, It's not all about the money, profits, and being the best in town. It's all of the above.

Buyer Beware! Just went to Corks Germantown Forest Hill Irene to exchange a bottle of liquor. The top wasn't secure and it leaked on the bag and my car seat. I was told by the manager that they do not return/exchange anything for any reason. New, firm policy by owner. Ver disappointing when the manager you've entrusted to manage your store isn't allowed to make a common sense decision. $30 down the drain.

This is a very nice shop right in the heart of Germantown. They have a large variety of wines and every kind of liquor you would want. We like to shop and support a local business.

They are always pleasant and very helpful.Well informed about scotch and whiskey. Competitive prices!!

This store has a great selection and great prices. The staff is very knowledgeable and very nice. They even will remember your name. If you want some great bourbon they always seem to have the special bottles.

Employees are rude!!! Rude may be an understatement as to what they are!! They will not greet you if you are black!! White man walked in after me and was greeted! Black lady walked in after him and was also not greeted!!! So I took my black money elsewhere!!!

poor customer service. Sold and sells expired items. owner of this place is rude and gave me the impression that he does not care about customer service or the fact that store had expired products. horrible. the two girls that worked that day, also rude.and did not know how to handle their customers with respect

If you want a store that gIves you a friendly greeting upon arrival, has helpful employees, engages you when checking out, and utters the words "Thank You for your business", THIS IS NOT THE STORE FOR YOU. These are basic mannerly principals for dealing with your customers that are completely missing at Corks. I have given it multiple chances, with multiple employees, at both locations. The only interaction they want is the tap of your CC. A very sad reflection of the owner. And as there are numerous such reviews here apparently the owner still does not care. This is not typical for our fair city of Germantown. 0 stars. No more chances.

Huge inventory. Staff super helpful. If you are looking for something and they don't have they will order. Prices good. Highly recommend.
