Cool Pool Cafe

Came in tonight for Football and Wings. I had the Boneless and Traditional wings. I recommend ordering them extra crispy with Buffalo and/or Sweet Chili sauces. The fries are pretty good too. The service was friendly unlike the other place up the street. I'll be back. Open 7 days a week from 11 am - 9 pm everyday.

Very nice casual eating experience. Food was good and reasonably priced. Friendly employee's and lots of parking.

Drinks were good. Good view and it's nice that they serve the drinks poolside. Went for lunch and ordered a pizza, salad, and boneless wings. After 50 mins of waiting we switched our order to take out and left to check in to our condo. After coming back 15 mins later the food still wasn't ready. My wife waited another 20 mins inside before finally getting the food. While they were bringing out the boneless wings they dropped the order on the ground. My wife mentioned the "manager" on duty was very rude and frustrates with the employees. The pizza had virtually no cheese on it but overall wasn't terrible (didn't have high expectations anyway). The salad and wings werent bad either. Could be a cool place if they get their service straightened out but wouldn't go back.

Decided to give this place a try on our first night here in Fairfield Bay. The staff was friendly, and the pools looked very nice. Was able to get a nice seat outside by the pool. Great view out back overlooking the cliff. We ordered the Hawaiian pizza and Sweet chili chicken wings. The pizza was horrible. The sauce tasted like tomato paste right out of the can, the pineapple, was bland and tasted like it just came out of a can, and the ham tasted old. We only ate one piece each and that was enough. The chicken wings were heavily breaded, but the sauce was decent. We we told the cashier about how bad the pizza was, she said, "Maybe it'll be better the next time you come in." I'm thinking not. We are only here for 1 week, and would like to try out other places.

The views, server Bailey, Bartender Kasey and food we're good; however, the manager Jennifer appeared agitated throughout the evening and became confrontinal with what we believe was her daughter and us as we paid. Our party of eight arrived at approx 7:40 and we were told it would be around 45 minutes to get food. We found a table and placed our food and drink orders. The evening was going well and our server Bailey was great. The last of our food order arrived shortly after 9pm. Yes the food arrived a bit later than expected but it wasn't a big deal for us. We were aware the cafe closes at 9pm, so we finished eating and paid around 9:20pm. Upon leaving the manager Jennifer proceed to make comments that were not appropriate, professional or accurate. While, I'm not sure why she behaved this way? If it's an issue of us keeping her there past 9pm, then upon our arrival, she should have informed us the kitchen was not open.

We have been coming here for years, I love it. It is right across from my condo. The café has great. And they will bring it out poolside

Good food and drinks pool side. They even accommodate for my daughters gluten free allergy.

I came to get a pizza the other day. I had a wonderful experience the week prior. My pizza was great last week. This week it wasn't so great. Where's the cheese? All I saw was sauce and they were Skimpy with the mushrooms and sausage too. I live at the bay to. The quality was inconsistent. Two different cooks. The heavy set cook who wore all black this last time came out touched his mouth didn't wash his hands and when I pulled up before I ordered smoking out side. I find that unprofessional especially when it's in the view of the customer. I didn't have a good experience this last.

Casual eats. Pretty good food for what it is. Not too expensive. Easy to order to go.

I'd give it 5 stars but the drinks are WAY overpriced for what they give and they fill the cup as full of ice as you can get in there but won't give you the rest of the drink left in the shaker that u pay for which in turn leaves you with about 2 shots of your drink you paid for. I used to bartend and we always gave what was left in the shaker to the customer bc they paid for it! Food is awesome just needs to be seasoned bc the burgers literally have no seasoning! Can't taste it. Staff is friendly but they don't greet you when u come to the counter they just walk passed u doing what they're doing and don't even make eye contact w you to acknowledge you. So u have to speak up and ask for something. The setting is cool. Seems appropriate for the pool. There are way too many ppl at times tho. Can't even walk around sometimes. Kids get out of control bc parents don't watch them and let them go and do whatever they want. Had a kid keep walking all over MY layout chair getting it all wet while I was next to it eating and had my towel an shoes on it and they were soaked and the mom was literally next to it watching him and allowing him to act like a heathen all over my stuff. There's no lifeguard so you'd think the parents would pay more attn. would be better if this pool was 16 and over only and the other pools were for the kids. There really needs to be a couple of the staff outside at all times watching and making kids follow rules. Or making parents make their kids follow rules. The sign says 34 max ppl allowed in pool but when I was there, there was 200 ppl in there easy. Was unbelievably crowded I had to leave. Parents letting their kids act like monkeys and disrespect other ppls things. I'll go back but it'll be during the week and when they open. After 2:00 it gets so packed w little kids you can't breathe! Mixed drinks shouldn't be more than $5.00 there bc they literally give a couple drinks w all ice. Best way to get what u pay for here is to tell them to dump the liquid in the cup first then add the ice!
