Extremely disappointed in this place! I placed an order for a 12-inch round cookie cake for my sons birthday. The decoration was beautiful but it was so overcooked, it was crispy! That's not the bad part. I messaged the business and was met with crickets. It is extremely unprofessional to have seen a message and not respond. I think I'll take my business to Great American Cookie next time. It's a shame, I always try to shop local.

This place is very nostalgic for a lot of people because it used to be located in the old mall and now it's back and is still delicious! The frosting on the cookie cake is sweet which is a must for me. The prices aren't outrageous so you won't feel bad about getting more than one flavor. There's a nice area to sit and eat your cookie and they even offer canned drinks and other things like milk which is perfect! You should definitely stop by for a cookie!

My cake looked like a child decorated it. The sample cakes they have out are detailed and lovely so I expected the same quality and attention to be put into my order. It wasn't even something difficult.. I requested cats on it. Sadly, people had to ask what the things on the cake were supposed to be! I've been ordering cookie cakes from this business for several years and though it's changed owners a couple times the quality has always remained the same- until this time. It was disappointing and didn't even taste the same as what I've been consistently ordering. The chocolate chips weren't even incorporated into the dough.. they were pressed on top. But only on the top layer.. the bottom two layers had very few chocolate chips in them. I would add a picture but I was too embarrassed of it to take one.
