Common Ground Coffee Bar

Big space, but feels more like partially emptied former Buffalo Wild Wings than a coffee spot. We quickly lost hope when, "What are you brewing?" was answered with "medium roast". Hmmm, medium roast Kenya, Costa Rica, South American blend, or even 'sirloin tips' would have been a better answer. My bride asked for an Americano with a few chunks of ice added so it's drinkable same day (can no one understand 202 degree Fahrenheit water from the espresso machine is not the only filtered water a place should possess?!). I requested a cappuccino. As you can guess, the Americano could melt metal and the cappuccino was a fairly blah latte with 1/2 inch of hard foam. The bagels were fine. Overall not a coffee go-to. We should have just settled for the dirty water my friend was getting from Chick-Fil-A; about the same mediocre joy in the cup but with a nicer attitude and without the let down.

A bit of a wait to get our order placed. The head cashier was making hers friends drinks who were in line behind us, so it took a while for her to take our order. But once we got our coffee it was great. The atmosphere is a wonder place to be for a college student.

Great coffee shop in oxford if you are looking to get work done, read your Bible, study, etc! They have a wide range of coffees with so many syrups to choose from. Everyone working is super nice and I got the strawberry banana smoothies! The inside has lots of tables.

This shop is so cute! The service was nice and quick as well. I ordered a vanilla latte frozen, and it is so delicious! Almost like a milkshake!

Outstanding Coffee! Decent amount of sugar free options and the sweets look amazing. Quick and kind servers that greet you with a smile. The seating is accommodating enough to hang out or study.

Recent transplants here and have TOTALLY fallen in love with this place! Having been all over this country and tried many varieties of coffee I can confidently say COMMON GROUND COFFEE BAR is by far THE BEST COFFEE I HAVE EVER HAD!! Now for service.... Wow and WOW! Caroline and Marly really made an impression on my daughter and I. So sweet & friendly !!! I loved how they knew their product and Caroline knew exactly how to make my coffee. We have been back almost every day since. Today I switched up to a frozen mango drink which was so exceptionally good I decided it was time to get this review written. Please please don't ever change what y'all are doing because it works! Thank you!!!

The barista named Lillian R. is literally amazing- she is so personable and makes my day every time!! She is the reason why I keep coming back to Common Ground!! She also made my coffee really fast and really well!!

Awful service, waited an two hours for a bunch of bs that wasn't even my correct order. Rude service, food was cold. Never going back there

Great coffee! Love the drive thru for faster service. The breakfast food is healthy and tasty. Ambience is quiet and pleasant.

Ordered a bagel and a coffee. After the drive through person awkwardly asked me if I wanted to leave a tip after I already paid $6 for a coffee she had me pull around to wait on the bagel. After 15 minutes of waiting I left without the bagel. Excruciatingly slow, poor service, and coffee tasted burnt. Can't review the bagel because I never got it.
