This Cocina is my favorite location! They have other spots, but this one takes the cake. I've never had an issue here. I like to switch it up and order random things, and not once have I been disappointed. Give me all the good eats, good margaritas, and good laughs with my besties--it's the perfect recipe for a great lunch date. Highly recommend!

Overall we stopped by this location passing through the city. The restaurant just opened and we were seated immediately. The team was really friendly and attentive to our needs. The setup of the restaurant was open and had plenty of seating. If you have a large party they have a patio space that could be a great option to host a party. My husband wasn't happy with his food because he stated the shrimp wasn't cleaned. Sometimes restaurants will clean part of the shrimp and don't realize the backed end of the shrimp still hasn't been clean. When you cook the shrimp in that state the it changes the taste of your meal altogether. So that would be a recommendation for the management to review. Other than that my food was good I didn't have any suggestions.

Came on a Friday evening around 630. It was a full house but we didnt have to wait to be seated. As soon as we got to our table our waitress asked us for our drinks, we literally hadn't even taken our purses off our arms. So i asked if she could give us a second. She came back and took our drinks. We ordered a picture of Bob Marley marg and just a round of waters (it was 3 of us). The margarita was delicious and so was the salsa. We also ordered cheese dip which was just warm! I need my food hot with steam coming off of it. It took a while for our food to come, we had finished our entire picture before it did. Once the food came, it was cold! I literally had shrimp that was so ice cold! I sent my food back and they were apologetic to fix it. But when it came back, it was just warm! Like i said, i need my food hot, with steam coming off of it for me to truly enjoy it. I honestly think that the queso dip poured ontop of the food wasn't hot which made all the other food cold! I only ate a few bites and packed the rest up. Needless to say, it's still sitting in the fridge. I love cocina on US-70 but this location is much bigger and i don't feel like it ran as good as the smaller location. I'll just stick to going to the one on US70.

Came here for a large party. They gave us the back room and the service was pretty slow. No complaints because we were a large party.They do charge a 10% SUPPLY CHAIN fee and an 18% mandatory tip. That is fine by me but some in my party were not expecting this.I recommend the margaritas with the extra shot of liquor in a bottle. I got the Texas Jumbo Margarita and the Fiesta Nachos. Food was simple and tasty.

This is the best Mexican in Memphis, hands down. Red sauce has a lot of flavor. The shredded beef chimichanga is not on the menu, but get it. It will change your life. Extensive vegetarian choices and a great vegetarian section on the menu. Wine by the bottle, beer on tap. Service was great and everything came out quick. The Wolfchase New Brunswick Road location is a model house converted into a restaurant. Very clean with great ambiance. There is a fireplace in the middle of the dining room
