Clyde's of Clarksville

Our go to! Staff is great & attentive. Food is always delicious & drinks are always on point. Just recently tried their brunch and we will definitely be back. Restaurant is clean & ambiance is nice.

I've been wanting to try this newly added Brunch menu but I ended up ordering lunch anyway. I chose the Turkey wrap with fries, it was decent. The avocado and veggies were fresh, but the tortilla was raw, it could use some grill marks. My company ordered the Chicken & Waffles and seemed to enjoy it. The service was mid for it not to be too busy. The interior is nice and fairly clean. I might try and sit at the bar on my next visit, it offers a good view of the golf course.

Clyde's of Clarksville! So I have been on a kick lately of looking for small places I haven't been before. Clyd's has been here a bit but had not been there. Normal excuses...it's on a golf coarse, it looks expensive...blah blah blah. Well go try it. I really think you'll like it. Great, friendly staff! That were super helpful and extremely helpful. They make you feel comfortable while you're eating, not rushed. The food came out quick and fresh. In my wife's words, the BLT was at another level. I liked the atmosphere and the BEER! Had TN Brewing on tap and that just made it for me. Hippies and Cowboys baby! The food as I have hinted was good. Wife got the BLT which she fully enjoyed, I got the chicken tender salad with the bacon vinegrette. I'd say it worth it.

Catfish was great. Wife's chicken Caesar wrap was fresh and tasty. Friendly and attentive staff. Reasonably priced.

This place was absolutely fantastic and so tasty! We started with a yummy artichoke dip with chips and toast slices. We ordered the tenders and steak sandwich. I got a baked potato and it came fully loaded with no extra cost, unlike other places. Our mac and cheese was so good. The best we've had anywhere! Jen was such a nice waitress and kept the drinks coming and full. Best server, food and ambiance in Clarksville by far, we will be coming back to try everything! :)

My Husband And I went to Clyde's restaurant for the first time. We met Jen a Sweet and professional waitress with a big smile and took the time to explain the menu and the specials the day. We had a nice visit and the food was delicious the place was very clean . The whole staff was happy and vibe was wonderful. For sure we are coming back. Great job Jen.

Clyde's is awesome, I would highly recommend. Food, Service and Ambiance are all top notch. Its nice to have a reliable option thats a little more unique that other restaurants on Madison or Wilma Rudolph.

So I totally forgot to take a picture of my food. I was starving BUT it was delicious. I got the Clyde's burger and a peach mule suggested by our wonderful server. Her name escapes me but she was a gorgeous brunette who suggested both my food and drink(and let me know the crème brûlée was 100% on her plans for that evening too, so obviously I had to have it). I had frequented this place before they did the remodel and while it's no longer beer pizza and wings type vibe, it was still delicious. They still have beer and pizza but no more wings, sadly. Service was great! We were sat immediately, greeted and cashed out promptly but not rushed by any stretch. All in all, the remodel is gorgeous and very detail oriented. Now I can't wait for it to warm up so I can sit on the porch again and enjoy the open concept they have now well done Clyde's, well done. (Unlike my medium rare burgeryum)

I really like this place but it's hard to tell it's open. From the outside it's so dark. I've driven by twice and not stopped because I thought it was closed. Staff is friendly and food is good. Wish they had more ambience like live music, drink specials etc

I always passed this place and never gave it a second thought. In all honesty, I was not missing out. Clyde's of Clarksville presents itself as an eatery of high caliber but falls very short of their claim. I am one to give several opportunities to an establishment, but each time Clyde's struck out. The cost of their dishes does not match the quality or quantity. On one occasion the pre-cooked meat used for the steak sandwich was rancid. The atmosphere was, cozy, apart from the unstable chairs, and the broken booth they sat people at. Sit too close to where the servers stand and you can hear them complain about their tables' tips. Serving-wise, our servers (from our different visits) were kind to our table and treated us fair. But a lot of their faces look like they do not want to be there. Bad physical location [off Warfield], overpriced [not-so-good] food, and basic service-- I'm going to keep passing by from now on.
