Classic Arms

Needed 38 caliber ammo and a 32 caliber revolver repaired. Everyone at the store was courteous and knowledgeable. I was especially impressed with Ken and the detailed explanation he provided on the repair (parts & service) my 32 would need.

Further research has lead me to determine that classic arms has good sales men that sale a lot of things at an inflated price. Their mags and ammo are significantly over priced. Their guns may be comparable in price.

My husband and I walked in so that he could purchase a new gun. There were two employees and two sets of customers already in the store. We were not greeted or acknowledged or told someone would be with us shortly. Walked and looked at every gun in the store and still no words spoken to us. Oh, I forgot to mention that the employees were white and so were the other customers. We are black. Won't ever be back there.

Had 2 of my guns serviced by Trevor. Great service on one and cannot complaint of handling the shipment of the other one to the Mfg for warranty work. Bought another gun which they order for me an arrive as promised. Working with them to purchase a new rifle.

Jay, Greg and Ben have been great to deal with. Lots of inventory and what they don't have, they usually can get pretty quickly.It's on my short list of shops to stop by on my hobby outings.Thanks for supporting our hobby and way of life.

Is this place for real? What an awesome bunch of down home fellas! I've never been greeted by strangers more politely before in my life. Never felt pressured to buy (even though I did) and left the place more informed than when I came in. I only wish Classic was in Missouri so I could come see them more often! Thanks guys!

I have bought multiple firearms and I am always pleased. Staff is very professional and knowledgeable as well. I worked with Kyle with my most recent purchase and he was excellent! I will continue buying from them!

The guys at classic arms all very very helpful. They give you sound advice and I fair price on trade-ins. I have purchased many guns from this store and always found a great off the cell service from this team. I would highly recommend classic arms to anyone looking for a variety of tools to choose from.

Avoid this place if you can. There are other gun places in Memphis that'll greet you when you walk in and also treat you like a human. The employees here are rude and not professional at all.

Buying my 1st gun was exciting but this dude who sold me both my of my guns had a shitty attitude. I never do this or bitch about my experience bc maybe he was having a bad day. I bought a 40cal SW 2 weeks ago but my background was flagged for some reason. Whatever, I appealed it. They called back 2 weeks later and said it was approved. So, I went back to pick it up and what do you know? It was sold to someone else! No biggie, I'm easy to please and they offered a discount on another pistol. As I'm waiting for this guy to do the paperwork I'm thinking about buying a 2nd gun while I'm there. I'm also noticing a smartass attitude from this guy... whatever, again maybe he is having a shitty day. End of the day what really chaps my ass is that I spent around 1200 bucks in this store. I bought a 12 gauge, shotgun shells, SW 40cal, 2 boxes of ammo, and extra magazines for the pistol. I get home and I'm inspecting my purchase, loading the magazines, loading the shotgun... playing with my new toys. One of the clips says SW 9mm and I'm like, this is why these 40cal bullets barely fit! It's the wrong clip for this gun! The shotgun shells... they are 20guage slugs. I have a 12guage shockwave shotty! Again, wrong ammo. Conclusion of all this is that store manager had a shitty attitude, sold me anything, and he sold my gun that I bought 2 weeks ago. I'm not the type of guy that complains much and in fact, this is my first time to complain on any website! I gave him a 3 star and that's WAY generous! I'm a business owner myself. A HVAC business owner and I would never treat people this way or sell people crap they don't need.
