City Florist

I have used City Florist for 12 years but never again. My wife went in this week and found an arrangement and asked the workers if they could change the water in the vase. She was told that they didn't have time. Then to top it off my wife was told "you can always go to another florist ". RUDE!

Kemp, the owner of City Florist, fulfilled my every request to perfection. I contacted him after an unacceptable experience with FTD, I glad that I took the extra and best steps to personally locate and place my floral order directly and personally with City Florist in Jackson, Tennessee. Kemp, the owner ofCity Florist, solved the issue of me living in Minnesota sending a funeral spray to Jackson, TN without going through FTD, Telefloral etc. He was accommodating, informative, and the arrangement is beautiful. I know it's beautiful because he honored my request to text me a photo of the actual arrangement that I paid for. From now on I will skip the Telafloral, FTD's so called "convenience" and work directly with individual fulfilling florist. That way I see exactly what I ordered and the florist, who does all the work and incurs all the expense of running a brick and mortar business, gets the full amount that I pay. I will call on Kemp in the future for all of my floral needs in the Jackson, TN area. Thanks Kemp!

I don't have a good review. The flowers for a funeral spray were horrible. Several dead flowers.

I called today to have flower delivered..Im sorry we can't deliver. Its 10 miles from your address to my moms address. We don't do that okay thanks, Just for that Edible arrangements gets my money

We ordered a bouquet of flowers for a friend's 50 th wedding anniversary. Ordered a boquet in the $ 60-70 range. Selected a nice blue one from their standard photos. Bouquet was delivered on time and did have preservative in the water. Blue vase pictured was used. That is all the positives I can say. The arrangement was WHITE, not blue. And frankly looked as if it was assembled from leftovers from funeral arrangements. We know this because our friends sent photos.IF YOU ARE FROM OUT OF TOWN, DON T TRUST THIS FLORIST.

Kemp and his staff have been my florists of choice in Jackson for years. I live in Memphis and City Florist is always eager to help and the never disappoint. My parents and siblings are always pleased with what they have been sent, reporting that the flowers last well over a week. Well done, City Florist.

They did an awesome job getting my Oder out on short notice flowers were beautiful nothing but kiddos to u guys !
