Visited this restaurant with friends and family again last night. Stiff competition in Corinth for Mexican Restaurants but this place is off to a good start. Bargain margaritas at $1.99 will bring a loyal crowd and the nice ambience and quiet atmosphere are a welcome change from other similar restaurants offering Mexican. The food was very good and presentation and service were also great again.Complimentary chips were very good. The salsa was much better than last visit and the beans were tasty- served whole vs. refried and mashed you find at most other Mexican in town. The last visit I tried the Birrias tacos which were really tasty- a Mexican roast beef slow cooked in a chili based sauce with a deep rich flavor that really went well with the rice and pinto beans also served with it. My companion had the Beef Nachos Supreme which were also very good. Enjoyed this first experience and looking forward to trying again. Their lunch menu looks very competitive in price while most of their dinner menu looks a little on the premium side compared to other Mexican restaurants in town. We'll see if the bargain Margaritas and quiet surroundings will balance the equation. On this visit I wasn't very hungry and only tried a tamale off the ala carte menu. The tamale was outstanding. Served covered with a rich, deep flavored mole sauce I was blown away. The tamale reminded me of tamales at my favorite Mexican restaurant in Dallas, TX- El Fenix.

Atmosphere: Slightly modified from when the restaurant was a Ruby Tuesday's.Food: We were VERY impressed. Solid ingredients. Well prepared and presented. Fresh and flavorful.Service: Quick and friendly.Pricing: A little bit higher than Mi Toro and El Veracruz but the quality and portioning of the food were scaled appropriately for the price.Summary: If you are eating with the family (i.e., kids), it's tough to beat the service and pricing of Mi Toro. If you want to step things up for a work lunch or a date night, Cielito Lindo is worth the trip.

The food was excellent. I had the taco salad and my husband had enchiladas. We split as cheese dip. We thought it was the best Mexican food around. The cheese dip was exceptional.Location not so good.

This was our first time trying Cielito Lindo and we will certainly be back! The food was delicious and servings very generous. Nice atmosphere and good pricing. My only complaint is that our server could not speak good English and we had trouble placing our order. Also he did not understand when we requested a senior discount and we did not receive one. However management has since told me they do offer the discount and are working on the problem. This is our new favorite restaurant in Corinth. Give it a try. I think you will enjoy!

Visited for the first time yesterday around 5:45pm. Interior hasn't changed a lot since it was Ruby Tuesdays. There are a few Mexican restaurant style decorations. Service was excellent and food was served very hot. Chips and salsa and a small bowl of pinto beans came first. Tried the carne asada and the fajita quesadilla and the guacamole dip. Meat in the carne asada was flavorful but a little tough. The quesadilla was large and the fillings very tasty. Prob wouldn't order the guac dip again. Kinda bland and bitter. Tried the house margaritas and they were good. Overall a good dinner but not a whole lot different than the other Mexican restaurants in town, except for the interior being a little more quiet and comfy. Dinner for two with two drinks and guac dip was around $40. We would eat here again.
