Very good food, having been in a while but food was always good. I recommend, if you like fried green tomatoes this is the spot.

Food was great. Staff was equally as great and friendly. Nice atmosphere and a big parking lot. Will return again.

The hamburger steak is the best in town! Add mushrooms, onions and brown gravy plus a baked potato for an over the top meal!!

I've been eating at Cicero's for years. Although I'm no longer living in the area, I visit with relatives whenever I'm in the area. The philly steak sandwiches use to be amazing, but I've been disappointed on my last couple of tries. On this visit, I decided to switch things up and try the fried catfish. I requested 2 pieces fried crispy because they provide rather large pieces of fish. The fish was fried to my liking but could have used a tad more seasoning. I typically like more salt, but the other guest thought it was perfect. It normally comes with a side salad and a side, but I requested 2 orders of coleslaw instead. It was really good! We were also offered hot, fresh bread which was a nice surprise. The hot tamales had good flavor, but I would have liked more meat on the inside. There was just too much breading. As for the restaurant itself, the side room is newly remodeled compared to the main dining area. There are really cool wall hangings on the walls that will definitely keep the conversation flowing.

Thanks for staying open for us last night. The food was delicious. Pork chops were so tender and the ribeye was perfect.

Keep hearing great things and went to try it out. We shared the "cat and cow" plate. Salad was ok, the steak was cooked perfectly and delicious, catfish was good flavor and flakey, roll was big and good. Nice atmosphere and staff. While there I overheard the table behind us had a small issue with something and the staff were quick to correct the issue for them. Would definitely recommend for a nice supper experience. They promoted a lunch menu also, might have to come back to try it when we can.

The service was extremely slow, it took almost two hours to receive our food. Then the food was bad... chewy shrimp and burnt fish... It's like an over priced Cracker Barrel

Fantastic stop near Leland. Great food and good people. Worth stopping in if you are passing by or in the area.

I came for seafood, and the stuffed catfish did not disappoint! The fish was well-seasoned with a rich crabmeat stuffing. Honestly, the best catfish dish I've had in a while. The side salad was really the only let down, as it consisted of bagged lettuce and a raspberry vinaigrette that might as well have been red kool-aid. The service was fair, and there were plenty of staff on hand.They could probably swing for some new plastic cups; ours seemed pretty worn out. They do have a few beer options and welcome BYO-Wine (wine glasses provided and no cork fee). Overall, the seafood alone is worth a visit. I'm likely to return again next time I pass through.
