Let's start with the pros. They are fully staffed, affordable, and located conveniently in Whitehaven. The cons: this business needs several upgrades. They only have 2 water hoses and 2 vacuums. When I came, there were at least 20 cars here so 2 water hoses and vacuums are not nearly enough. They also wash the car with dawn dishwater detergent. The staff appears to be very young and it shows. They ran out of dishwater liquid and one of the workers came over and added water to make more soap studs. They bathroom has been out of order for over a year. They seem to not have quality products to clean cars. They are normally busy so I'm not sure why they seem to skip on buying enough equipment and quality products. However, the car wash is inexpensive especially for a hand-wash.The cashier was nice as well.
