I think there may be some kind of demon in this chilis. After sitting in this chilis for nearly 2 hours and digesting some of this nearly intolerable food me and the group I came with were nearly delirious. Either a gas leak or a demon was preying on our sanity. For the entire meal a lady swept the floor.The cheese stood straight up and did a salute.The lights flickered.I was glued to my seat and every muscle in my face hurt.

Given its mainstream franchise status, the food and service were both surprisingly decent. As with many places these days, they offer the portable ziosks to pay at the table, without having to try and flag down your server. I find this little detail highly convenient. Also, the fact you can sit down and eat for the same price you'd pay at McDonalds these days, is remarkable.

I went there on Saturday March 16th around 2pm. The restaurant was clean. However, it didn't appear to be that busy but it took forever to get my food. I ordered the trio tortillas plate. I want to say that it was delicious when it finally came out after waiting over half an hour but I don't know if I was a prisoner of being so hungry that anything would've tasted good at that point The coconut margarita was really good The presentation of the food was really good as wellMy last thing is the waiter kept forgetting basic things like silverware, straws and napkins

I had to come back to this god forsaken Tex-Mex Chili's restaurant! Oh god no, but my colleague's birthday and it was her choice and this her choice. Have been here a half a year later and nothing has changed at this Chili's....dirty sticky tables, nobody that cares about service or how the restaurant is being managed because you see it with dirty tables not being bused, servers sitting around chit chatting than serving or engaging with customers, bad food...really bad food...actually really really bad food and don't call this Tex-Mex, it should be called Tex-Bad. Food is bad, service is worse, we're not coming back here....EVER! Bad quality ingredients from soup to brown salad greens or guacamole. What's worse is either the non-existent leadership nor management that lets these people not serve or care about their customers and the spiral quality of ingredients, menu items or the upkeep of the restaurant, very sad, I will NEVER come back, done!!!

We waited 2 hours for our food. They gave us appetizers and that was it. We never got our food. We ended up leaving. They made us pay for our appetizers, which I would have been fine with in any other instance, except we had already waited 45 min at this point, and then another hour at least and ended up just leaving. I felt bad for our waitress because they are understaffed, but 2 hours? What's worse is we asked to speak to the manager regarding the issue and they said no. Manager stayed in the kitchen while another guy took the brunt. Other customers were going off on him so I know it wasn't just us. I have never had an experience quite like this in my 40 years of living. I never leave bad reviews but this was really a terrible time. I can honestly say I don't think I'll ever return.

I have never been to a more filthy restaurant. There was food all over the floor under our feet. The bathrooms were nasty. The food was not good. I love Chili's, but I will never step foot in this Chili's location again.

got there at 7:30pm and there was 7 of us we sat down at the table but we got our drinks and ordered 2 appetizers which came out pretty slow but was fine till they took out order and we waited for 2 hours to get our food which came in to go plates and bags as we are still sitting at the table they kept saying they was just waiting on 2 steaks which was 1 hour before actually bringing out the food. we watched other people with the same types of food get theirs even tho they got there after us so when we left (btw we didn't even get to eat our food we had been waiting so long) the manager told us he would still make us pay for the food we didn't pay for anything but the appetizers and the stuff we ofc had to take to go since we didn't take all of it we had him take it off. but personally i think we shouldn't have had to pay ANYTHING considering we left around 9:30!!!! BAD PLACE AND SERVICE

I was impressed with food & service, considering the reviews. We did have to wait 45 minutes for a party of 8 but the food came out in a timely manner considering. Phillip our waiter was very friendly and ensured that he would provide the best service. He was very friendly, the other team members assisting nearby customers seemed helpful & great attitudes as well. Our family ordered numerous entrees and were well pleased. I will return.
