I haven't been to Chili's in forever, and while it was nice to revisit, my experience wasn't quite what I remembered. The food didn't live up to the standards I used to expect, though the drinks were definitely on point. The prices have gone up, and the portions seem smaller than before, which was a bit of a letdown. On the plus side, the restaurant was clean, and the service was great. Overall, it was a decent experience, but I miss the quality and value it once offered.

Just ordered from Just Wings. It's out of this Chilis. They shorted us 12 wings on a 24 wing order. They actually did us a favor. The wings tasted like hot garbage.

Awful! No one at the front to seat us should have been a warning. The food: the only good thing was my soda water and lime. Quesadillas were terrible; I make them better. My grandsons nachos were ridiculously awful. And the potato soup? Yuck. Please... close this place!

It's hard to write much of a review when the staff doesn't want to work. I love the Southwest egg rolls at Chili's. Thought I'd stop in the Spring Hill location for an order while I finished up some work. Sat at the bar, two behind it, neither acknowledged at all. They disappeared into the back. A couple came in and sat down at a table near me. The bartender shuffled past me and took their order. She then went into the back again, not even stopping to see if perhaps I might want something. After 10 minutes i left.I don't understand why people that clearly have zero interest in serving customers take jobs like this. But, I don't blame them, I blame the management of this location. They allow people like this to take a paycheck for nothing. I will be sending a copy of this review to Chili's corporate. This location gives the whole chain a bad rep.

Got take out tonight. Ordered four meals 2 burgers with fries a 2 kids meals with fries. The portions of fries was tiny for the kids and adult platters, also very cold and hard. The chicken sandwiches from the kids meal looked like they were tossed frozen in a microwave. Totally grossed out and will never eat Chilis again in Spring Hill.

We just had a great experience at Spring Hill Chili's. We were greeted at the door. Got a table right away. Our server came over right away. Our entrees were hot and well prepared. Glad to find familiar restaurant here. Server was kind enough to adjust my entree ingredients so I could eat it. Such a friendly atmosphere. New items on menu. Yum

I honestly don't think we've ever had a single issue at this location. I don't understand all the low reviews but maybe we just know when to go. We dine in and sometimes do pick up. Always great food and service!

Food was ok, it's the buy 1 get 1 which was ridiculous. Frozen sangria at the b1g1 was way overpriced! According to the manager the servers were informed to let the customer know that price. B1g1 is way over the original price. Lesson learnt.
