Chili's

Saturday date night for something simple. Gloomy weather and we just wanted to go somewhere to grab a quick bite! Service was great, the food was fresh and the drinks were good! That merry maker marg was DELICIOUS No reservations needed here! The restaurant was very clean!

I came to Chili's the evening after arriving in town for a work trip. It is within walking distance of our hotel, so is convenient for travelers staying there. As a chain restaurant, the dishes are pretty predictable and nothing very unique. But the quality was good - the food was hot and tasted good. I ordered the Cajun pasta, and my serving was very generous. I had plenty of leftovers for lunch. The server was kind, but appeared overworked (the location seemed understaffed), so service was a little slow. The space seemed clean and well maintained, and looked like most other Chilis I've been to. Overall, I got a decent and convenient meal, but nothing extraordinary.

I am here Saturday for lunch. I ordered a beer and egg rolls. The lady bartender was great and the egg rolls were too. Please if you are ever in Olive Branch give this place a try. I do recommend this place. Yelpers if you want come and join me for a drink.

Food was good is only reason getting 2 stars ... service was rediculous . Stood there 15 min waiting to be seated . Then also this is second time my husband has been and has taken over 45min to an hour to get food... both times.. billed for something we didn't even receive had to get adjusted... thankfully manager fixed that but after multiple visits with lacking service unsure if will be back.

I ordered online because I had a free appetizer. I was able to pay inside or online and they had my food ready on time.The southwestern eggrolls were great. The rice was decent. Fries were much better than expected and better than most places. The honey chipotle chicken crispers were good.The inside of the restaurant was really wet. The AC unit was leaking water everywhere. Looks like condensation of the AC. Staff was doing their best.

Worst location I've ever been to. Waitress obviously don't want to be at work. Waited over an hour for food on a random Thursday. Waitress only cleaned half of the booth and after I cleaned it myself ( with her towel and spray-that was actually regular water in a bottle) she asked oh you didn't say you wanted both sides cleaned-DUHH! Both sides should have been cleaned without me asking you to do your job, genius! My only regret is I didn't look at the reviews of this location before I came.

Decided to order here the other night since the nearest location, Southaven, wasn't answering phones and disabled their mobile order app. Upon entering, the staff were very kind and welcoming. They assisted me in which direction to go to pick up my food since I had not been to this location. The to-go staff had a very friendly attitude and were very prompt. All of the food was correct, minus missing an extra ranch that we ordered, but we have plenty at home so no big deal. Food was amazing and still warm by the time we made the 30+ minute drive home.

They dropped my food then tried putting it back in the box and giving it to me their was also a guy eating in the back where they make the food.

I'm a server, and I have worked in customer service my whole life. I know how hard it is. But when it's dead in there and you only have 2 tables.. tonight was unnecessary. Could never find our waitress. Each entree came out 15 20 minutes apart from each other it was just 4 of us so not a party of 15. when it was time to pay I finally just handed her a 100 once I finally saw her. 10 minutes later brings me back some change and no receipt, never knew what my bill was which is normally not a big deal for me to not have a receipt but would have been nice to know I got correct change sense I never saw the bill and just gave her what I thought would cover it thinking she would bring it with my change. I asked for the bill once I saw her walk by after I counted it and she never brought it to be so we just left. It was not busy once so ever I could understand if that was the case.

Team is amazing- manager, Mrs. D, Indy. All of these people make you feel so welcomed and food is so good! Normally, very clean and quick!
