I recently visited Chili's and had an amazing dining experience! I ordered the 10oz sirloin steak with loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli. The steak was cooked to perfection, tender and juicy, while the loaded mash was creamy and flavorful. The broccoli was fresh and perfectly steamed, making for a well-rounded meal.For drinks, I tried both the Tiki Margarita and the Strawberry Margarita. Both were absolutely on point--refreshing, well-balanced, and just the right amount of sweetness. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, and the service was prompt and friendly.Overall, the food was top tier, and the drinks were fantastic. I highly recommend Chili's for anyone looking for a great meal and excellent cocktails. Definitely coming back!

My dad wanted to come here on a Thursday night and it was a pleasant experience. They had more waitresses so the service was decent. We sat at the bar to watch the Thursday Night Football game.I ordered 2 for 1 Well Cocktail, side salad, and chicken bacon ranch quesadilla. No complaints. The food tasted good and the service was good. Nothing spectacular.

We were on the waitlist, we came in after they told us the table was ready. There was 4 cops and an ambulance outside, everyone seemed to care more about that then their customers... we came in got seated but It seemed like no one cared to serve us. We sat there for 45 mins before anyone came up to us to take our orders. We didn't even get drinks or silverware at the table. The staff just walked around past us, we had to flag someone down to get our orders taken. After ordering, it was another 30 mins or so when we asked if our food was coming. By that point we were there for an hour and some mins. Everyone that came in way after us was served right away and it was the same exactly meals we ordered. They even finished and left before we were even served. Never coming back to this location again. Service horrible. Staff couldn't care less about us. The staff and kitchen crew just kept going in and out of the building or stayed in a corner. Environment was hectic, everyone around us was waiting on food or a waitress to come back with their food and no one really came back to check on us. After receiving our meals we really werent in the mood to eat anymore waiting almost 2 hours to eat is ridiculous in my opinion.

Visited location on 2-9-2025. Dined in had drinks. Ordered food to go. Ordered a smash burger. When I got home it was not what I ordered. I warmed it up in the microwave and the meat had a terrible smell and taste. My cat wouldn't even eat it!! The service was awful. It took the server a long time to help us with our orders and even come back. Not a good experience!

Not even takeout is good here. I've been waiting for almost 45 minutes and from what I am gathering from the other people waiting, I have a lot longer to go. I would not recommend ordering takeout here if you're hungry or in a rush, or at all. I'm appalled that I paid almost $25 for one meal only, and I'm still waiting for it. I am a big chilis fan, but I would recommend finding another location.
