We came to eat. It was within Lunch menu hours.. It wasn't not crowded . The waitress was attentive and prompt. The environment was nice. The music was upbeat. Yet, low enough for me to hear my daughter at the table . The burger was cooked just right and savory.

The food was ok, though slightly cold. There were 6 servers standing around chatting but the bartender acted as server for our table. He was very busy!We waited 25 minutes for our food. We only got our chips and salsa after we received our entrees. The floors are filthy. The floor in the women's restroom is sticky and the whole restroom smells like a backed-up drain.

The food was not very good. The chicken on my fajita was barely above can chicken breasts and the Steak was ok but kind of like that from the Walmart freezer. Same chicken In her quesadillas so they were left behind also. Tired of paying a lot for good food and not getting it. The place seemed clean enough and everyone was friendly.

Experience was terrible this evening. Waited for almost 2 hours to be sat. Was dining in because it's my mother's 60th birthday and this is what she wanted. Joined the waitlist through the app. I understood there would be a wait with it being the weekend and we went about 5:30. I checked in with the host once we got there. Was told it would be another 10-15mins. There is no seating in the waiting area so I went back out to my car. Waited another 20 mins. Checked with the host again to see how much longer the wait would be. He said the server went down so he wasn't sure but about another 10-15mins. We continued to wait and check our place in line on the yelp and chilis app. After an hour and a half , the app stated I wasn't in line anymore. I never got a call or notification for a table or cancellation. Decided to order the food to go, got our food in less than 20 mins but didn't get a text that it was ready. I just happened to go in and wait on it and it was already sitting there. Food was good but lack of communication and how unorganized everything was just made the visit awful and I won't be back again.

They were very busy but because of how GREAT our service was you'd never know it. Kevin was incredible. Seriously, he never let our drinks get empty, and he was on top of things when it came to getting our food out on time. He had plenty of tables he was working but he never got overwhelmed when it got crazy in there. Food was great too, kudos to the kitchen staff for keeping up with the business too. Better chilis experience we've ever had.

The service was the worst service I have EVER had in my ENTIRE life. Our waitress was horrid. She never checked on our table 1 time. It took 25 minutes just to get our drinks. Although the food was decent the service made this experience insufferable.

POPLAR AVE, not FRESH...I preferred Chilis Wolfchase but according to my location, DOORDASH chose Poplar Ave location. And it took my DASH driver an hour just to get to location n pickup food and when she arrived to deliver my food, there were 6 small kids in the car n my food was retrieved from the trunk...not appealing! I ordered $100 worth of food on Wednesday, February 14th, VALENTINES' day. One would think the restaurant is ready for the heavy load that should be expected on this day. Out of 4 entrees the only thing worth buying was the chicken Alfredo pasta. I even ordered a side of broccoli to go with pasta for $4 and got 2 florets , not steamed. 3 plates had fries which was overly cold n limp. The 2 orders of chicken crispers looked a day old, dried n skinny, very little meat and small in size. The corn on cob was skimpy and missing lots of kernels each cob... the boneless wings were hard n not tender;the sauce was tasty tho. O AN, I doctored my own fries with cheese to try n add flavor MYSELF but to no avail....I payed for 2 extra honey mustard n got only 1 that came with meal n they gave me fries instead of white Mac n cheese. I lost my appetite n could not stomach the remainder.....OVERALL, a waste of my money, my time, and tastebuds. I was dissatisfied n disappointed. overall, service was good. other than our server. the food came out relatively quick, they were packed so i was expecting it to take a little longer. our server was rude, she treated us different than the other tables, and when the time came to fill out the survey on the tablet, she came up behind me and said "oh i busted you didn't i?" and clicked "strongly agree" for me on the server review question. while we were eating i asked for a dipping sauce and she went to the back, came back to our table without it, turned around, and walked back 5 seconds later and snatched the pepper shaker out of my hand to show me "how to properly do it". it was an awkward experience to say the least, but i love chilis so i will be returning. just hope she improves by then.
