I don't review many airport restaurants, but thought this Chili's at Memphis International deserved credit for its quality. We had a morning flight so planned for breakfast at the airport. Decided on Chili's. There is not much to say except that our server as attentive, friendly and totally understood the dynamic of being in an airport. Our breakfast tacos were actually excellent and the sides with them the same. Got in, got served, got out and felt good about every aspect. What more can you ask for in such a location?

Came here to grab something to eat before my flight, I was helped by a really kind employee named Tanijah. I just got the to go so I can't review based on the table service, but the to go service was really friendly and quick . It was about a 15 minute wait which didn't seem that bad, and the food was great. Definitely will be coming back next time i fly out of here and need to grab something to eat.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!If you're on a time crunch do not go here, took about 20 minutes just to ask us what we wanted to drink. Took a hour total just to eat food!!We did have a friendly server, but there was one hostess that was awful. Extremely slow and very rude. I noticed him rolling his eyes at every costumer that asked him a Question. (Short, chubby young man) DONT GO HERE IF YOU LACK PATIENCE. I def don't have patience for slow servers, especially if you're trying to board a plane on time...

Grabbed food before boarding our flight and Chick Fil-A our first choice was closed since it was a Sunday, so we settled for Chilli's. At first I was annoyed because we stood at the front waiting to be seated while two co workers talked and did not even turn around to acknowledge us. It took the bartender to walk pass and speak to us and tell us someone would be with us in a few for the lady to finally stop talking and acknowledge us. This lady turned out to be our waiter too. Food ordering was a little also irritating because you order and pay through a QR code and of course I screwed up and ordered two of the same entrees twice and did not realize it until it was brought to me, but the waiter was kind to take it off. Food was good. I ordered the chicken Caesar salad, the chicken crispy ranch and the grilled avocado chicken sandwich and everyone enjoyed their meal. It was made fresh to order, which is always a plus. Price point pretty comparable to other restaurants alike. The waiter also refilled our drinks without asking and gave me a complimentary strawberry Lemonade so she made up for us waiting when we first arrived. Customer Service passed the test.

I came to Chili's after just being given a food voucher from Ameriacan Airlines. Upon arriving I asked a staff member sitting om counter n listening to music were they open. She said yes and all we have is fried food. I then waited to be assisted and a heavy set man told me they were closed and that the other staff member was wrong. He then told me to go to Chick-fil-A which he knew was closed. It was there that I was advised that by contract Chili's has to stay open until last flight leaves. I then cane back and asked for a supervisor. The supervisor confirmed they were open and had only fried food available. As passengers we are at the mercy of such places to eat and we should be treated better.

I've eaten here twice this year. The first time the service was abismal, I felt like I didnt exist. The server was mad at me that I ordered through the app because she wouldn't get a tip from it. Im back again today hoping for a better time. I ordered fajitas and a smart water. The server says we don't have smart water but we do have artic. I asked if she could show me the artic water , she points off into the distance and says "oh it's over there" as if I need to get up out of my chair and go look myself.. I ask her to bring it to me and she did. When my food came I had no silver ware, waited longer for that.

We had about 45 minutes before our flight, so we stopped for breakfast. There weren't many people in there, only two other tables. Service was fast, and the food was pretty good. I would stop again if I were at the airport.

By far the worst Chilis restaurant. It isn't necessarily the food, which was ok. It wasn't necessarily the service, because honestly, WHAT CAN ONE WAITRESS/COOK/BARTENDER/HOSTESS DO FOR ABOUT FIFTY PEOPLE AT A TIME!!!!!????? Hey owner, whoever you are, maybe you should hire another person or two. Because when you lose the one or two employees you do have, you will have NO ONE who will do all those things for you. We sat 15 minutes before we were told the scan code on table is now open for us to order. (Oops, we ordered already and thought we were waiting for our food). Then we get the food. And no drinks........... Finally the cook had to come out and help the poor girl. It was past 9 pm and I am pretty sure I heard her say she had been there since 10 am. Last of all, if you are going to carry the Chili's name, do it justice and don't pretend to offer a product you just can't provide! Hey Chili corporate, maybe you should check out this poorly ran franchise!!
