This location has gone severely downhill in the last year or so. Food quality is horrible. I've tried 3 or 4 times despite having issues and the food is either undercooked or the sandwich is halfway thrown together or they've left stuff out of the order. Customer service is horrible. There's a reason the lines are never long here anymore.I can't believe this place is still operating under the Chick Fil A brand. It's doing irreparable damage to their goodwill with customers. Chick Fil A's shining quality has always been service and food quality. Anywhere you go. But this location is awful. Consistently awful.

I dine here at least 3-4 times a week either for breakfast or lunch. I usually use the mobile app to place my order. But, it doesn't matter what time of day I visit, the staff is always friendly and makes sure you have a great experience. Sometimes you can catch franchise operator, John Francisco assisting his team as well. That's true leadership!OMG! The mac-n-cheese is so yummy. I add bacon to mine to make it even more yummy. That's the Southern girl in me. Bacon makes everything better! LOL This is a delicious meal all by itself. If you haven't tried it, you're missing out. I don't care what people say, Chick-fil-A delivers not only great food but great customer service.

I am reviewing the Chick-Fil-A on Germantown Parkway in Memphis.What happened to this great restaurant? We have visited this location many times in the past, and always praised the great service to everyone we knew. We went through drive through June 23 around 11:00. The wait time was ridiculous, considering that lines were't long yet. Things we're totally disorganized. Several vehicles broke in line ahead of us, every aggressively, and orders got confused. The two emplo taking orders were playing around, joking with those breaking in line.Really hate this store has gone downhill. Hope this isn't a Chick-Fil-A trend . won't be going back her

A substandard lunch, substandard service. My takeout lunch missed THREE ingredients I'd asked for and paid for, as reflected on the receipt. The chicken was too dry to be served, surrounded in batter too heavy for the purpose, and barely warm. I opened the bag too late to return. A COMPLETELY unsatisfactory meal, far below the standards of other CFA restaurants I know and like, with service from personnel whose work is done perfunctorily and quite without any sense of style or manners. The Germantown Chick Fil-A is great, lineup or inside, The franchisor should take a good look, however, at this Midtown operation. I won't visit again.

Can you imagine a reason I would return to a place where, after leaving a warm building and driving out in the rain and frigid temps, I didn't receive everything I ordered and choked down dry, over-battered and underwhelming food?
