The drive-through has to be the most efficiently run that I've ever encountered. There's a reason why this fast food restaurant is kicking everyone else's butts. The food is pretty decent, too.They could stand to keep their property cleaner. They was some trash in the drive through lane. Also, I wasn't impressed that the unsweetened iced tea that I ordered ended up being a Dr. Pepper.

This is the WORST management of a drive thru line at ANY CFA in town. I accidentally got stuck in this line and I see why I never get in the drive they line. Just terrible!!!!

Disgusted at the quality of service I received. I placed a curbside order and received a "headed your way notification." Sadly by the time my order arrived there were items left off the order, no condiments, etc. Instead of getting frustrated, I signaled for the associate to get the remaining items (one of which was a milkshake.) Time goes by, and I notice other customers are receiving their order. Instead of continuing to wait, I decide to go inside. As I approach the door, the representative who was supposed to be assisting in getting my order stops and says "oh, I'm sorry I forgot your order." When I went inside there was complete disfunction. No one was at the counter to greet, take orders, etc. There were tons of people crowded around the drive through joking, etc. Finally, I asked someone about my missing shake. I was told by one rep that they were out of strawberries to make a shake, while another rep told me "we have a cup with some strawberries to make your shake."In the end, I received my shake and the rest of my order 25 mins after the time I ordered. The icing on the cake was getting sick afterwards. It's likely due the pile of items left out at the counter, not to mention the "mystery" cup they used for ingredients to make my shake. If I could suggest anything, it would be to NEVER waste your time visiting this location.

I want to thank the drive through staff for being so sweet. I'm in Memphis for the holidays, from Arizona. I have my dog with me and didn't have a food bowl. I asked the drive thru for a salad bowl so I could feed him. The manager stopped what she was doing to get me a bowl from the back. So so sweet and she could have said sorry we're busy or anything to not have to stop her job. And I was holding up the line. I kept apologizing and they said..: your fine. I wish everyone who posted a complaint would post where they work so we can come and give you a review. Too many people are too quick to complain. But we never take a moment and say thank you for things like they did for me this morning. We just think people who work in the service industry are just supposed to be that way they're supposed to be kind to us, but we're not supposed to be kind back. Kindness works both ways. Some of the complaints below are very petty such as not having enough mac & cheese in your bowl. Maybe you shouldn't be eating mac & cheese you should've got a salad. Just a thought and my review. But, thank you Chick-fil-A for always being so excellent especially how busy your restaurants are. Your staff is always so polite, courteous, and respectful. Always great service.

This is literally the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. Whether I'm ordering from door dash or coming in person to get my order, they ALWAYS mess up or skimp on items. I don't know how many times I've ordered kids meals and the drinks aren't given to me. This time the drinks plus one of the kids meals sides wasn't included. Horrible service and I'm sure I'm not the only one to complain but seems like management must not care because same mistakes keep being made! I'd rather go out of my way and drive to Germantown or Collierville to get better service. Crazy how employees don't care that they give bad service.

I had great service for here! I ordered at the counter for to go and only one of two drinks were ready when Makayla gave me the order. I told her and the woman behind her said she would check on it.. but Makayla immediately said she would make it and off she went! Great service and fresh food! Thanks Makayla!

My food was so cold that it felt that it was just sitting in the refrigerator. I will never go back, the employees that were at the window given the orders away were playing and almost got in the hood of my car because one of the guys pushed the girl.

leaving to go out of town this morning and my husband went to get my son and i breakfast before we left. he returned home and we realized over HALF our order was missing. no sauces. missed a chick fil a biscuit AND egg muffin along with the numerous sauces he requested. this is ridiculous considering he spent over $30 and i now have to find time to get my son and i food before we travel. good job chick fil a.
