The salads are amazing as well as delicious. It was an abundance of salad I couldn't finish it all freshly prepared it was a nice healthy start to the new year of healthy eating.

Had a made to order chopped salad for lunch. It was delicious. You choose the greens, proteins, fruits and vegetables, crunchies or nuts for your salad. They have a variety of dressings. Then the server chops up the salad and places it back in the bowl. Also wanted to try some seasoned pita crackers made in house. They were very tasty and went well with my salad. I did not eat all of my salad as it was quite a bit. I took the other half home. The servers are very nice and very helpful with the recommendations. Nick was very very nice and friendly! We sat on the patio as the weather was beautiful and breezy that afternoon. The restaurant is spacious with tables inside and outside. I had a great birthday lunch celebration. The parking is slightly limited but you can park around without a major challenge. Check this place out. Very fresh food with many variations of salads and sandwiches! Definitely great to have it your way. Will return again soon.

Outdoor patio is nice, roomy but plain inside. Ingredients are fresh and the salads are huge! I don't like that you are expected to bus your own table but the whole place is basically self-service anyway so I shouldn't be surprised. It's basically Piccadilly for the salad-set

Can I just stop for a moment and say thank you cheffies! You restored my faith in finding an amazingly fresh salad, fresh sandwich (with amazing gluten free bread, I might add) in a clean and friendly environment. Just wow Cheffies. My daughter and I absolutely loved our lunch today. We hadn't been here and were invited by friends at our church to meet them. It was the most refreshing lunch dining experience we have had in a while. Super casual, super clean and super fresh. Please don't change a thing! Staff were all so friendly and kind.

If you want a perfectly balanced salad, this is where you should go! I got the Veggie Delite salad and added chicken. The salad was huge so I was able to split it up for two meals! All of the ingredients were chopped to the perfect size and ratio. My only note for improvement is that I wish there was more chicken! This is a great spot for a healthy, filling, quick lunch.

I recently discovered Cheffie's Cafe in Memphis, and it has become my go-to place for a delicious salad. Luckily, a good friend of mine recommended Cheffie's Cafe, and I've been hooked ever since.One of the things I love about Cheffie's is the option to build your own salad. It's always exciting to customize your meal exactly how you want it. My absolute favorite is the chicken caesar salad. I prefer it chopped and with some extra protein, so I add eggs to it. Along with red onions, banana peppers, and jalapeño peppers, the combination is absolutely mouthwatering. The caesar dressing they offer is the perfect finishing touch. When I'm on a high protein, low-carb diet, I skip the croutons, but the flavor is still incredible.Another salad that I can't get enough of is the Santa Fe salad. It's perfect for when I want a little more carbs in my meal since it includes beans and corn. The combination of flavors in this salad is simply delightful. It's a generous portion, and I often find myself enjoying it for a couple of days.If you're looking for a place to satisfy your salad cravings with a wide variety of options, I highly recommend ordering your salads from Cheffie's Cafe. You won't be disappointed.They have sandwiches too!

The veggie delight salad is amazing, even when you wait to eat it the next day. All the veggies it comes with are yummy, and the balsamic vinaigrette is good. I like to add the turkey or curry chicken to it.
