I ordered takeout from here. I received everything I ordered. I enjoyed the Buffalo Chicken Wrappers. Plus, I brought the Chicken Tenders with Fries and broccoli. I felt the broccoli should been seasoned more other than that the dinner plates were good. The croissants were nice, I thought there would be more honey drizzle. The dessert I brought was the carrot cake and I enjoyed it. I just wouldn't mind having the candied pecans on the side. Overall, I would return here.

Oh my goodness; I have just experienced the most horrific customer service in quite a while. When I first walked through the door there wasn't anyone at the host desk. So I went into the bar area which is normal. The bartender informed me to take a seat and someone would be with me shortly.Well; shortly was about 20 minutes after I got up to find someone ‍.The atmosphere and setting was extremely comfortable it just seemed as though they were not organized or just short on employees.I ordered shrimp alfresco, baked potato soup, half rack ribs, fries, coleslaw and a chicken sandwich combo to go.As always the food was hot, seasoned and delicious.I would have rated them much higher if not for the horrendous customer service.To be fair I plan on going back in about 2 weeks to give them another chance...

I chose Cheddars for a belated b'day dinner for myself & will not be going back. My server Cameron was ok, but certainly nothing to brag about. He took my food order & left the table w/out taking my drink order & had to come back for that.I already knew what I wanted when he finally came to the table due to him being a bit slow. I was early as far as dinner goes, it was about 4:30 when I arrived. I chose the chicken tenders & fried shrimp combo w/a loaded baked potato & side salad. The reason I chose this dinner was due to the chicken tenders I'd had in the past, & was expecting so much more than what I rec'd. My past experience had been large juicy, steaming hot tenders w/a wonderful honey mustard sauce. That was NOT the case this time. Let's start w/the plate, it's shrunk since I visited before. The tenders were skinny, mostly batter, dry & actually chewy?? The honey mustard was loaded w/spicy dijon mustard now, not a fan. The shrimp were overcooked, rubbery and not especially hot when they arrived. Not to the loaded baked potato. It was warm, NOT hot, and it was also overcooked to the point lots of potato was stuck to the skin. They charged $1.00 more for bacon, & no more than they put on it I shd hv made them take that off the bill. AND, it was SO SMALL it wld hv fit in the palm of my hand. The best tasting item I had was the ranch dressing. Ridiculous to think that's the best thing I consumed while there. Not wasting my time or money on them again.

My Server and the Chef were great but the meat was not. My issue is with the steak. The texture of what was supposed to be a beef steak was more like pork. The meat went from a red color expected for a steak to a white like pork. This was NOT a ribeye steak. The $21 price should have been the clue. Chef came out, and I showed him the different textures and color of the meat. You can see what looks like fibers in portions of the meat. I blame to company that made the meat. Different pieces of meat were glued together with meat glue to make one piece. The Chef was kind and took the dish and offered another dish. My Server was very courteous and understanding as well. I should have known better than to order a steak that wasn't in the bone and for a low price.

We orders the family meal chicken tenders with the broccoli casserole and the coleslaw. The broccoli and coleslaw was the best side dishes ever now the rolls were good also but the chicken tender was bland no flavor not even some salt or pepper. I the dipping sauce they give you is the salt pepper will I get that again maybe but I would definitely ask for salt and pepper for my tenders just because of the sides were so good.now they were fast making my order but them tenders was a nope

Out of my many dinners and lunches at Cheddars this by far has been disappointing. Food: Ordered Fish and chips. It was more like pieces of fish and soggy chips. It looks as if they took a single filet and divided it into 3 pieces. Menu item ought to read as 'Fun size Fish Nuggets and Limp Chips'. The menu did say 3 pieces of fish but I felt it was more like fish nuggets covered in batter. Just sad. Service: Friendly and welcoming Ambiance: casual

Baby back ribs were excellent just a little much heavy on sauce.Cole slaw was very good.Green beans were tough.... No bread. I used curbside service. 14 minutes late.

The bathroom was so dirty and in disrepair. It made me want to check their health scores. The waitress was nice. The food was OK. Definitely gone downhill since it open.

the waitress was below stellar but ok, I ordered the mango tea, when I got it it was watered down so much it was practically a glass of water with a butterscotch tint. The ambiance was ok not the best they still had Christmas lights up. The food was average not the best, I ordered the buffalo chicken rapper it was ok.

The white fish was seared and seasoned perfectly, and the veggies were also well-seasoned. My server was kind, quick, and friendly, providing great service. However, my experience was marred by the overwhelming smell in the bathroom. It was so bad that it nearly ruined my meal. I noticed one of the stalls had a sign, which led me to believe there was an issue with the plumbing. The stench was so strong it made my skin crawl. If this problem isn't addressed, I don't think I'll be able to stomach returning. Y'all need to do something!
