This is the best catering company in the Memphis area. Their attention to detail is second to none.

We just held a special event at our house that was catered by CFY. It was superb! The food was top notch, perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. The staff was professional, courteous, flexible, and helpful, plus they left our kitchen immaculate. In the days leading up to the event, management communicated well and was responsive to last-minute needs and changes. I can't say enough good things about this catering company and will most definitely use it again should the need arise. I very highly recommend it!

I cannot write a review that would measure up to the wonderful job they did for the Arnold-Owens wedding last night. I am the MOB. We had raves about the food. In short, the food was great, the presentation was perfect and the service was spectacular! Thank you for your part in making our big event such a positive experience.

I spoke to them in Jan or December about my wedding in July. The guy I spoke to was nice and made it sound like they are super involved and made me excited about the whole thing. Then I didn't hear from them so I had to contact them about a quote, which was more than We had discussed so I asked if they could lower it, they did but then I had some questions but I never heard back from them, and I refuse to co tact someone multiple times if I'm giving them money. Well it's almost MAY AND They just called me asking if I would like my wedding catered. Even if I did I wouldn't pick you! Are you kidding me?!?!?!?! Worst ever!

We used CFY for our wedding on 10/13. They were absolutely amazing. The servers and bartenders were incredibly friendly. Unbeknownst to me, I had one person at my wedding with specific allergies. One server found out, and had food made specifically for my guest. Blade and his staff were incredibly professional. Theres not one complaint I have. Food was delicious!

Terrible food. Chicken very tough. Steak entry undercooked. Potato dish ok . Asparagus was good.

Blade Hardin and his amazing staff did the catering for our son and daughter in law's rehearsal dinner in Memphis two weeks ago.The quality of the food, the professionalism of the staff and the overall presentation was outstanding.Blade worked with us on every detail from start to finish. He was so accommodating and was full of great suggestions and options for the plated dinner.The CFY team catered for 90 guests without a hitch. We have received nothing but excellent feedback from our family and friends.We would highly recommend this company if you are looking for a high quality product at a good price point.

CFY Catered my Christmas party for 55 people in my home. I had never used them before, and I cannot say enough good things about them. Kevin Bush is great! He took time to plan my custom menu to my taste and even came by my house beforehand to see the layout. My kitchen is very open to the Den area, so he and his staff set up everything and worked out of the garage! It was perfect, and no one ever saw them working. Kevin and his staff are so professional and everything was elegantly served and presented, and when they left everything was spotless. I never had to lift a finger and could enjoy my own party. I had so many of my guests raving and asking who the caterer was. And most of all, the food was delicious! I can't wait to have them do another party for me!

CFY catered my daughter's wedding and the food was out of this world. The staff was very professional. The setup was so glam! We ate earlier than expected but the event staff didn't get ruffled at all...they just hung in there with us. I can't say enough good things about this caterer. I will use them again.
