I really loved the different types of seating options at Carrington Oaks! I sat at a table you'd see in someone's mom's kitchen and it was perfect. The tables and chairs in the coffeehouse varied and there are also couches to sit out -- love the variation! The staff members were also very welcoming and genuinely friendly. I ordered a Santa Latte (peppermint mocha) and I asked them to make it less sweet which they easily accommodated. My drink was pretty MEH. I got the 22oz (because coffee is life) and it was just under $10 for a drink I just wasn't wowed by. I usually make coffee at home so maybe that's the going price now for drinks and I need to adjust my expectations but for me personally, it wasn't worth what I paid. Nothing aside from price to critique about. The place itself was great as was the staff. If a friend wanted to meet up here I wouldn't be sad and in general I'd recommend trying it out.

Great coffee, great food, great location. Residents get a discount on Tuesdays. The staff is so nice and they offer the best recommendations, as I am usually very indecisive.

I decided to try out the Lakeland location as it is closer to me. The restaurant is so cute and spacious. They have many plants and it is decorated very well. The place is clean and has many tables with chairs. The service was good. The gal was quite busy as she was juggling many orders. She was a trooper with all the chaos happening. Shout out to her stamina! Had to wait a few minutes to order but my sandwich came out in a timely manner. I had a turkey and provolone cheese sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes, onions and mayo on toasted sourdough bread. I only ate half of it. It came with choice of baked or reg chips and a tiny fruit cup. Also ordered a cup of regular brewed coffee. My sandwich was yummy!! The coffee was pretty good. The establishment has a full coffee fixing area and a nice espresso machine. There are many baked cookies in the bakery case as well as some gluten free options. I like this place since I came to get some work done. It is quiet enough to study or do some work. It is located in Lakeland near Hwy 70. I will return since I had a pretty good experience!

New place in the middle of a construction zone in a new mixed use community. Yes it is open somehow in the middle of a construction zone. Don't let this scare you as the service is awesome with very friendly staff and a bright clean new location. The coffee was great and the breakfast burrito was huge. Great food, people and place.

I love this place. The staff is always super sweet. Nice patio and large clean dining area. They have really interesting specialty coffee drinks that change often. Always fun to try. Order the Lox & Bagels!

I love this little shop. They have a great place outdoors too with a nice patio great for bringing your furry friends. And they have some good eats. I came I. The first time not knowing what I would try and their barista recommended an oat milk beverage to me that was AMAZING!!! So ask what is selling right now and I promise you won't be steered wrong.

This has become our spot. Great coffee, the sausage egg and cheese biscuit is outstanding. Everyone is friendly and the vibe is low key but also warm. We've been coming most weekends and will continue to do so. The patio is nice too

I've only ordered through Uber eats, but the food and coffee have been perfect both times! Breakfast quesadilla is delicious!

Relaxing, ambient atmosphere, great food and services. Fantastic staffs. Love this place, will come again in the future.
