Captain JJ Fish & Chicken

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the party wings I was served during my first and last visit to your restaurant Captain JJ Fish and Chicken at 2974 Covington Pike. This was my first time stopping at this location, and unfortunately, it has turned out to be a significant disappointment.I ordered six party wings, and I was shocked to find that several of the wings were barely larger than a quarter. I have attached pictures to illustrate the size and quality of the wings I received. Additionally, the inside of the wings, both the meat and the bone, was dark in color, which was both unappetizing and concerning.The quality of the food served was far below acceptable standards. this experience was completely unsatisfactory and unacceptable.I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these quality control issues to prevent such experiences for other customers in the future.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.

Me and my girlfriend will never patronize this location again. The drive thru worker was rude our order was wrong. The drive thru worker didn't know what he was doing. We use to to come here. As this location is near our house. We will be going to Tims Chicken a few blocks down instead. They have lost a faithful customer. We will just go to the Summer location instead. When it comes to Captain JJ's as a whole & other restaurants with multiple locations around the city. I do not let this One Bad Apple destroy the other locations who have their stores clean & organized. Goodbye Captain JJ's Covington Pike. See ya on Sunmer.

BEST FOOD SPOT IN THE AREA DONT @ME They never disappoint or mess up my order. The catfish is always bussin and the women who take my orders are always super cool. 10/5

The wife and I have picked up from here MANY times.. the place isn't much to look at but don't let that make you not try itLove the catfish!! Ask for extra tarter sauce The funnel fries are a sweet treat!! We go to the one at Covington Pike & StageService is always great!!! Check it out..

Ordered a 6 piece hot wings with fries got my order and was eating fries and as I usually do eat fries first and as I went to eat a wing I saw a roach in my food I am so disappointed in this establishment and I will not be eating there anymore

They served me raw chicken. It literally gave me salmonella, I'm planning to sue this place for having terrible employees who serve raw chicken, my entire family were all sick. This place is lucky we don't have lawyers but when I get the chance, this place is gonna be closed down for good. I'm never eating here ever again.NEVER!!!

Drive in only, but great food, not heavy or greasy. Nice place to stop and get supper. The shrimp dinner is really tasty!! Prices are good too and there's something for everybody.

Best Gyro I've ever had in my life as much as I like the Shark's restaurant gyro I'm sorry sharks but y'all just can't match this place's Mediterranean sandwich. This is a Memphis staple! Might not look the most aesthetically pleasing on the outside ! But the food is top notch.

I love the fish, it's fried and seasoned the way I like it. The staff is very friendly. I love Captain JJ Fish and Chicken. Try them and you'll love them

The food is normally great,but I ordered the twenty piece wings.The wings were horrible, they tasted old and not good quality.
