Ordering through the app to skip the line was kinda pointless If I had to get in the line to get my order. I stay 0.4 miles away and did not get my order until 17 minutes after it was ready = food was cold asf. One star is way too much.

This location is short handed & wait time will vary, but the staff has always been super polite. Please give them grace. The food has always been good.

Pulled up to order dinner for the fam. The young lady took my order as I read it she only recalled getting a diet Pepsi. I specifically had to recall my order 4 times. Then she stated she couldn't hear me so I added inflection to my voice, she had the nerve to say oh sorry Missy I can hear you something was wrong with my headset.Pull up to the window the younglady ask did I order something else twice I had repeat the order at the window then wa rang up. I got the recipet and it had something else a fish dinner.. I ordered the chicken dinner and I noticed I was over charged after leaving I politely went back to ask for the manager on duty gave me my overage back . Writing this as I sit in this line that only had 4 cars ahead took 30mins to get everything. It's hard to spot unless you're Northbound or know the area I suppose.The food was hot & fresh for the wait, but now cold after having to back track. As usual very good value for the $$$ but, they just need to do something about signage but if we're out in that area again, we will hesitate to go here again.

So we dropped back by again on our way home and jumped in the drive thru line.They were slammed! Once we got to the window and paid they put a number hanger on our door and asked us to pull up into the parking spaces and wait...it shouldn't take long.It didn't. And not only that, it came to us fresh and hot. The hush puppies turned out to be so fresh they were some of the best I'd ever had!Unreal!So thrilled to have this location this close to our neck of the woods!!!!

Hello Captain D's this is a new one thought I'd try it and I always get catfish they're green beans are delicious their hushpuppies are very good but the catfish sucks any other captain D's that I've been to has fresh caught fillets they might be frozen temporary but they're fillets these are frozen yucky junk. they have no flavor. Won't be back.

The honey mustard had mold inside it and the wait was too long 0 stars do not advise at all.

Have had consistently good service and food from this location. The fish is crisp and not soggy. The tartar is very good.

We ordered Captain's D through Grubhub and the food was hot and good. I had the four pieces of fish.,corn on the cob and broccoli. Everything was great., we had enough condiments., silverware and napkins. I really appreciated the preparation of our meal and service. Grubhub delivery person delivered the food hot. Good service from both companies this day...Good job.
