I've been eyeing this place up for the last month during my commute to work and gauging it's customer traffic to see if it's worth it. Owner was a nice older gentleman as he put my order in a plastic bag while a younger guy was out back boiling food. I stopped in a couple days ago because I was craving crab legs. Their menu is literally boil as combos or single types ie crawfish by the pound, crab legs by the cluster, Cajun eggs, etc Prices are worth it. I got a combo boil bag with crab, shrimp cones with new potatoes, 1 mini corn, 1 Cajun egg and threw in an extra cluster of crab legs. First off Cajun egg was fire and seasoned amazingly well! I wish the rest of the food was seasoned like it!! Potatoes in the boil bag were rock hard still, not enjoyable and I didn't eat them sadly. Corn was bland and tough, not buttery, seasoned or anything, boring. Crab legs were Awesome! Shrimp weren't cleaned or deveined gross, they had shells on which was fine, you can tell they were overcooked. Because I got a boil bag it came with 1 seasoning of choice and I went with remoulade. Which was a nice mustard-Mayo seasoned dip. They charge you .75 a dip container cup if you want extra seasoning, remoulade or butter. Kinda expensive. Such a bummer. Considering this is a food truck at a gas station, it's pretty decent. When food sells out they're done for the day too. Only open at end of week time. It's a take n go kinda place. I would definitely stop in again for the crab and crawfish.

Great quick stop off the highway. They have crawfish, shrimp, boudin, corn and potatoes. Great food - awesome service. And they take credit cards!

Very good service! The first time I called, they weren't yet selling crawfish, and told me when they would be selling it. Stopped by and grabbed some! Located on Food Truck. Just wish for more seasoning! But service made up for what the crawfish was lacking!
