If you want to try Taiyaki, come here! I get the custard filling. It's so yummy! They also have other flavors like chocolate or red beans. The name Taiyaki means fish, hence the shape of this treat! It's a Japanese fish-shaped cake pastry with your choice of filling. It's a cute little treat to try! This cafe is inside the farmers market. They also have plenty of coffee and other desserts to try!

The location is very convenient, being right inside the Cordova International Farmers Market. Great to grab a drink after doing some food shopping. Decent array of items on the menu and very friendly staff. The rating in stars boils down to the drink just not being that good. The tapioca pearls were severely over cooked and basically fell apart in your mouth as soon as they got in there and that's not the consistency a person expects or wants with boba drinks. The matcha flavoring was also extremely sweet. By far sweeter than any other matcha green tea boba drink I've ever ordered across multiple states. I personally couldn't drink too much of it and had to dilute the rest with more milk to make it more bearable. The boba pearls were terrible though, I'm sorry. There's no saving them. Overall, it's a cute place and convenient for me so I'll be giving it another try and then updating my review as I see fit, but currently it's just a meh place. I wouldn't waste your time going out of your way to pay $6 for this, but if you're in the area, try it out.

Very good boba made with real fresh fruits! Highly recommend the mango fruit tea with tapioca!
