"Wow, a hidden GEM! Amazing and authentic Thai/Laos cuisine. Drunken noodles and pad Thai noodles were some of the best I've ever had! They were so so flavorful and juicy and I was so impressed. Every bite was amazing. On the drunken noodles, they put fresh cucumbers on top and I really enjoyed that. If you like crab rangoons, you have to get them here! They're in a thin wrapper fried but the filling is so smooth and tasty. Also one of the best crab rangoons I've ever had! They do have bacon in them and thats probably the special ingredient. I also go the shrimp Tom yum soup and they give big pieces of shrimp. The Tom Yum was delicious, hot and a little sour, lots of lemongrass."
"Food: Best Korean fried chicken I've ever had! I always have to get the fried chicken wings when I come visit. I know the chef personally went through all kinds of different trials and recipe tweaks to get it absolute perfection. The hamachi collar is one of the best I've had as well. One of the friends in our group said it was her favorite dish of the night besides the wings. The pad Kee mao is legit, so much flavor and we totally killed that dish. If you're into inventive creative dishes, try the kimchi fries, interesting way to make loaded fries. All the sushi rolls that we ordered were delicious, chef's kiss "mwah"! Service: Stop by the bar and say Hello to Michelle. She is the sweetest! I've talked to a couple regulars who love going here and I'm sure it's because of the friendly staff. Ambiance: I won't lie, the Kpop music videos distracted me like no other but it's so fun to watch! They all look like perfect dolls. It gives the place a fun vibe though."

"A hidden gem in a sea of strip malls off Sam Ridley. This charming spot is next to Subway and should not be passed up! We started our meal with Tom Kha which was very balanced in flavor, perfectly sweet, tangy and sour and addicting. The fresh spring rolls were also very good and I appreciate that it was cut into smaller pieces rather than served as a whole or half. For our entrees we got the curry fried rice with beef and Pad Kee Mao with chicken. Both were cooked just right (noodles were not over done, rice was also perfect) The only improvement would be the noodle dish, which could use a little more meat. Service was very friendly and attentive even as it got busier. Overall I am very pleased with my experience here and can't wait to go back to try more dishes!"
"Love Peter's for a workday lunch stop. Service here is impressively fast and always friendly. The sushi always comes out extremely fresh and the quality of fish is too notch. Highly recommend checking out the Michael Jackson roll if you like a little spice with your roll."
"Food is fantastic here. Loved the various sushi rolls. Always busy and service to sit down and get take out is slow. But, food is fantastic."
"Great place to take a hungry family on a budget. Ordered drunken noodles (weren't spicy like I expected) and a Thai tea. Don't skip the tea - it's $4 and pure heaven. Noodles had great flavor, just not what I expected. Had half an egg roll and a wonton as part of shared apps and those were tasty. No frills spot. Come in, eat, get out and make room! Small place. Heard it's popular for takeout and totally understand why. Too far for me to come back regularly but if you're in the area, it's a good move."
"The food here is phenomenal! We attempted to go somewhere before here that was closed and decided this was the next best option. Man am I glad we did! The ambiance is a little dry and you end up a little skeptical if you should even stay, but they make up for it with the food. The service was quick and prompt, although not exactly the most friendly. I can handle the service being short and to the point for excellent food. Well worth the try!"
"Dinner was amazing!!! We loved Mosa! The service was very attentive, dinner was delicious and the atmosphere was welcoming."
"Had a good meal here the other evening with a friend who wanted to check this place out with me. The Lao Papaya salad was spot on, the Beef Panama was good, but have never had it with cabbage in it...it was a new twist, the wings were ok. There were a number of things that I tend to like to try that weren't on this menu, but they also had a number of dishes I've never seen before which was nice. Just wish they had pork belly and Lao Sausage"
"Stopped in after going paintballing and needing some serious calories replenished! This place was delicious and the service was great. The ambiance is on point and very tranquil and comfortable. We ordered garlic edamame, Dirty old man roll, Angry tuna roll, First love roll, Orange blossom roll, Triple Crown roll, and the Baked Alaska. They were all delicious!!"
"I can only say terrific things about this Asian fusion restaurant. We went for Thai and the waitress and staff were so nice and accommodating! My mom and I are vegan, so we enjoyed the Miso soup, Spring rolls, and the Thai basil vegetable rice dish with tofu. We had enough leftovers for lunch the next day! Go try Sora. They do not disappoint."
"Hands down my favorite hibachi meal in Memphis. The food is always delicious, very impressive how fresh the seafood is considering we aren't near a coast. The restaurant itself is clean and the staff is very friendly, we always have great service."

This is a "small" spot. 3 booths and about 5 two people tables. They also have a small bar area. Parking outside is limited as it's shared with other businesses. No reservations so depending on the time of day, just be prepared for a short wait. Their service is amazing, fast & concise. They have menus as well as QR codes for digital one. The food it's always great and comes out relatively quick. The taste is in point. Everything we've had it's amazing and as authentic as you'll find it. Just know they mean it with the spicy level. They don't play with it. Definitely a must try!

We visited for trivia and had a great time! It was also half off wine (Tuesday), however their wine prices are not listed on the menu, which made it a bit cumbersome to work out which wine to order. I ordered the boneless wings and did half and half. So crispy and yummy! The spicy isn't very spicy at all, but still very tasty! The pieces of chicken are big so I definitely could have gone with a smaller order. Kimchi fried rice was also good. Server was great and kept everyone's orders straight even though we had a large party. It was loud for trivia but we had so much fun!

I know I was really hungry, but everything tasted really good tonight. I started eating before taking my pictures of the food, LOL.The calamari was perfectly cooked and was a great appetizer. I got the chicken pad Thai bento, which came with some california roll sushi which was great! The rice was moist enough, which many places don't get it right. Most other places the rice is too dry. Maybe a bit more vinegar flavor, but now I'm just getting picky. The spring roll was nice, the chicken pad Thai was outstanding with a lot of flavor. It may have been a bit more "wet" than I am used to, but it was really good. Staff was really friendly and attentive with their service. Will definitely be back if I am in the area again.

The circle of life has taken place at Peter's for me; from first dates, to mother-daughter lunches, to meals with friends... Peter's is the right environment for every occasion.Cozy into a booth for affordable sushi, great pad Thai & the best service in the greater Nashville area. Even the after dinner chocolate mints add to it's charm :)

We always enjoy Thai and this is my wife's favorite place. I like the Rama here. The fried dumplings were delicious. My wife loves Drunken Noodles but tonight she tried the Drunken Fried Rice and I will say it was extremely delicious. We both miss the original place by the stadium but we still like this one.

I absolutely love this place. i've tried nearly all the pho places in memphis and i must say this is my favorite one because their pho has the most flavor at a lesser price! (probably a dollar difference lol). It's a very quaint environment, and the soup just gives a very homey feeling. i've eaten there once and started to come back every week after-- no joke! i go every week, sometimes multiple times a week haha, probably not good for my budgeting but to me its so worth it. The server doesn't really speak much but that's okay! The service is not bad and it is quick. every single time i go i get the chicken pho and the fried egg rolls and i spend $21.52 every time. i went yesterday and i'm going again today lol. I even had to invite my mom to show her how good it was. Enjoy guys!

Worst experience ever - slow ordering and then they "lost" our order and took an additional 15 min waiting (20 minutes already) after that to get it - tried the Panang Veggie Curry - huge mistake - globby sweet mess. Could not eat it. Asked to get rice noodles on side and happy to pay for it - manager was not al all accomodating - tried to order a replacement meal - Pad Se Ew since another my daughter got that one and it was ok - never came and my two companions were done - so we paid and left = no apology - and then went home to make a separate dinner. Huge bummer as past visits over the years were so much better.

"My favorite fried rice chicken Thai Basil Fried Rice*Used DoorDash for delivery Order was delivered with 20-30ms sI ordered the chicken satay and Thai basil chicken fried rice"
"I ordered the Pad Thai with chicken in the restaurant and 2 days later, I ordered the Pad Thai with no meat through Postmates/Uber Eats pickup. The dishes appear vastly different. The dine-in experience featured a much more colorful dish. The pickup order was somewhat bland. For clarity, I split half the dish than what is shown. But there were no red peppers or broccoli. Anyway, they could do a better job of acknowledging people when they enter their establishment. A quick, "just a moment" can go very far."
"We were really excited when Chada Thai first opened up as they were super close to our apartment and we absolutely love Thai food. We dined at the restaurant once and it was very, very good, but we ended up getting takeout during Covid and it was a complete 180 from the dine-in experience. The portions were very skimpy for what we paid and it was really a shame since we liked them initially. There has since been additional Thai restaurants that have opened up nearby and we've ended up choosing them over Chada Thai as they've been more consistent."
"Got takeout - drunken noodle (pad kee mao) with tofu. When I went inside, there was nobody in front, and nobody was doing any service for the dine-in guests either. After waiting for a few minutes at the counter where takeout was, nobody showed up and I walked to the kitchen and asked through the open door about how to get pickup. Terrible. As for the food, I wasn't pleased; the first time I came here was surprisingly good so I'm disappointed this time, especially because pad kee mao is a pretty standard noodle dish that's served in all Thai restaurants. All the noodles were stuck together, it was pretty bad. Asked for spicy and they gave me a container of spicy oil on the side, instead of adding spicy peppers inside the noodles themselves. Good amount of basil and tofu, along with broccoli and onion, but definitely could do with more vegetables in general. For the price and quality, it's pretty expensive at $16. Wouldn't recommend it, there are likely better Thai places around."
"This was definitely not expected, but I am grateful I tried Koi. I had not tried any of their locations before, so this was a pleasant surprise. We had a group of ten people in attendance where we were able to do separate checks. That was a great win on my end. They do add gratuity onto the checks for larger parties we came to learn. They offer as the name of the restaurant adds, Thai food and sushi. I had a bento box that offered both and the rest of the table got sushi largely. The guys next to me go their Thai food and really enjoyed their food. Everyone did actually. I think that was the most attractive concept about the restaurant was having iPad on each table that showed the offerings of their sushi. Visual of the sushi made it easier to determine what to order plus giving a breakdown of each sushi item. I haven't seen this in too many restaurants, and this was a great added touch.Service was great! We had a great time interacting with the servers and felt they were very accommodating to us and visited us when necessary.Parking is a bit tricky. It is a small lot off of a major road. Come prepared to search for parking if visiting during a high volume time. We came on a Monday evening and it was not difficult, but can see this being problematic on a weekend night or during lunch rush."
"I was very pleasantly surprised with this place. It doesn't look like much from the outside but I really enjoyed the food! The server was very pleasant and attentive to anything that I might need. I had read a complaint that the yum yum sauce tasted like peanut butter. There's a reason. It is! The peanut butter yum yum sauce was unusual but very good! I really liked it. I recommend this place, especially if you're like me, traveling for work and dining alone."
"Like others, this is our go-to Chinese restaurant in the area. I believe the owners are Taiwanese as there are a ton of Taiwanese style dishes on the menu. Speaking of which, we've never had any of the American style Chinese dishes on the menu so if that's your thing, I can't help with that. But their traditional ("authentic") dishes are all quite good... and not just Memphis good either. This food could stand up to any city in America. We've been there several times at this point. My favorites are the Taiwanese "snacks": fried pork chop or chicken over rice, pork over rice, etc. Also love their pork meatballs, pork and taro dish, pickled cabbage soup, singapore noodles, etc...I suspect there's not a bad dish on the menu. Service-wise... I'm not a fan. Same with the general ambiance (long waits while they service take-out, host watching tv while we eat, etc.)... It's unprofessional. But the food... you gotta love it."
"Not my favorite Thai restaurant. I was so excited to see a Thai menu, a Lao menu, a Japanese Menu, etc. but after tasting a number of items from the menu, it left me wishing I had gone somewhere else at least to a better Asian restaurant.I will say that the food was presented beautifully, the ambience was nice, and the service was very good. It was just the flavors that were lacking. I'm assuming that maybe it was just a bad day? But if I'm honest, I'm not sure I'd venture in again to give them another try myself in less I had a gift certificate or something.Anyway, I hate giving bad reviews of a place, but I wouldn't want someone to steer me in the wrong direction, and that's what YELP is all about anyway. Helping people to make better choices on their dining experiences!"
"Def the best Chinese food in the Collierville / Germantown area. Always voted one of the best every year. Ate here again tonight at the restaurant ( rather than take out). Had a great time , good food... everything is always fresh made even the wonton soup. Fast, friendly, clean and always a slightly better vibe than your average Chinese restaurant. Also, portions are large ! We took half of the food home for tomorrow These guys also do great sushi, Thai food and really great teas and fruit drinks."
"Went on a weekend right before the dinner rush and was met with quick and friendly service! The place is bright, clean and inviting. The menu has a lot of speciality sushi, some pretty creative rolls! I enjoyed my pho and also had a tom Kha as my appetizer. Yes I had soup and soup- I don't mind as I happen to love soup. My only wish was that there was more acidity and sourness to the Tom Kha, it was a bit too sweet and more coconut than I prefer. My boyfriend enjoyed his beef fried rice with medium spice. He thought the spice level was perfectly enjoyable (the step before it becomes hard to enjoy lol)As we were finishing up, the place got pretty busy and filled up to 75% capacity.Prices were cheap to average. I'd be interested in coming back to try some more sushi and Thai dishes on my next visit!"
"Good service Good pricesGood menuGood portions of food Good ambianceGood flavored food Good time!"
"I'm so lucky that I live walking distance to Bluefin, because it's one of my absolute favorite sushi spots in the Nashville area. Their menu is pretty extensive, especially for an indecisive gal like me, but they truly have so many great rolls. My go to is the crab cake roll, but I can't even narrow it down to the top 5, so many delicious options. Are they on the expensive side? Yes. But you get what you pay for, and the quality is there. Highly recommended!"
"Sakura is consistently good! It's tucked away in a nondescript strip mall next to Franklin's only legitimate late night bar, The Pond. It's the kind of place you know is good because of the lack of fanciness. They have a pretty wide range of Asian dishes, including Chinese, Japanese, Thai, and Vietnamese. Want Thai Curry or Tom Kha, gatcha covered. What Sushi? Covered. Vietnamese Pho? Yep. "Chinese" General Chicken? Why not? They may have "Japanese" in the name, but all of it done well, at least to my American tastes. I think their Tom Kha is the best in town, and the Hong Kong shrimp really hit the spot."
"This place we found was out of the way, but everything was outstanding. We had been at the African safari I'm looking for lunch. It did not disappoint. The atmosphere is quaint and the food is delicious."
"Excellent food and service!! Clean and friendly and each dish we ordered was plentiful and tasty can't wait to go back."
"The food is very good! You can have the heat level of the spices in your dish adjusted to your preference. The portions are good sized so you're not leaving hungry. The service is very customer oriented. It's a nice clean casual restaurant and I'm definitely coming back!"
"This place ranks in my top one or two for Thai food in the Boro and the whole of Middle Tennessee and that is saying a lot! The Lao papaya salad with anchovies instead of crab was phenomenal, the Beef in the beef salad was so tender and tasty and the flavor was amazing. The Broth for the pho some of the best I've ever had...such good flavor...This place really surprised me! I thought it would be just ok since it was a sushi/Thai fusion place, but it was late and I felt like some Asian food and saw some good reviews so Decide to try it with my cousin Sunthy who is Lao, and he thought it ranked up there with Pad Thai Cafe"
"This was my first visit to Thai Paradise. Ordered larb, and mango curry with shrimp. I think I might have been expecting a bit more upscale decor, but being in a strip mall should have clued me in. It's just a few tables (ours wobbled) and those industrial kitchen chairs from the 80's, but hey, this visit was about the food, not the furnishings.I'd never had larb before and wanted to give it a go. Minced chicken and beef, some spices, served with lettuce leave so you can make a lettuce wrap. I preferred eating it with rice instead of the lettuce. (I deducted a star due to some of the lettuce leaves being wilted and brown on the edges.) It was supposed to be hot, but I didn't think it was. It could have used a sauce or something because it was rather dry. I guess that's part of the authenticity, having it the way the regular Thai folks do.The mango curry was excellent! It had a bit more kick than the larb, and I thought it could have used a little more heat, but the flavor profile was spot on. The shrimp were very large and cooked perfectly. The two ladies working up front were wonderful, very personable and professional. They answered questions and made a bit of small talk. All in all, I enjoyed meeting them, and I'm planning to head back soon. There is a lot more on the menu I'm ready to try."
"Located in a small strip mall just off Sam Ridley Pkwy, this is a store selling dry goods, fresh, frozen and canned food from a good number of asian countries. I recognized Thai, Lao, Chinese, Indian and Japanese products. The restaurant, which has a busy lunch period, is slower at dinner which means more attention can be paid to customers like myself. We were promptly seated, asked for drinks, and ordered appetizers before we were able to warm up the seats. Our young hostess jumped up and took care of us upon arrival, and her older sister (I'm guessing this is a family-owned business) took over to take our order and everything after that. The Summer Roll, known as Spring Rolls at most other places, were fresh with shrimp halves strategically spread throughout ($1 extra for shrimp, 2 rolls/4 pieces per order). The peanut dipping sauce was warm and definitely store-made, warm and rich. The Tom Kha soup was served in the traditional hot pot with a small cube of Sterno-like fuel to keep things warm. The soup was rich, with a very strong coconut taste and surprisingly strong lemongrass notes. On the borderline of too much lemongrass for my taste, but just right for my dinner companion. The shrimp were not overdone and were plentiful. I ordered medium spicy but it tasted like there was no spice, so I added some from the container on the table. The Pad Kee Mao was hot and fresh. It tasted good and came with no heat (as ordered). The chicken was sliced thin and cooked fast, so everything tasted fresh and not overcooked. The service was good. We enjoyed our visit and are sure we will return. The groceries seem on the high side of cost but we also found some items that were not commonly available that we would otherwise need to go up to Nashville to get."
"Visited this place & it was amazing! My bf LOVED the Tom Kha Soup and the Moo Ping (Thai pork skewers). The soup was creamy & a slight hint of lemon (I think). Very creamy & refreshing. The pork skewers (Moo Ping) came with delicious sticky rice & a vinegar-y sauce. A little goes a long was in my opinion. I got the spring rolls which came with a different kind of vinaigrette-type sauce (light yellow colored) & a thicker dark sauce similar to Hosin but with a twist is the best I can describe it. I also got the Drunken Noodle with Pork & no bell pepper. LOTS of onion, which I love. But if you don't, be sure to say no onion. The server was very nice & busy, but attentive to the best of her ability. The atmosphere is quiet & cozy. Will definitely be returning. ^_^"
"I got the jalapeño wings and pad kee mao with chicken on level 3 spice. The chicken was ok. It was more like the jalapeños and onions were cooked separately from the chicken and then just added on top. It didn't taste like they were tossed together. The pad kee mao was very good. It was the best pad kee mao I've had in a long time. Spice level 3 was pretty average to me as well. I could go for a 4 next time."
"One of my most fave spots to grab lunch. Now they have a physical location in the UT Memphis campus. Delicious and authentic food and the owners are super sweet. Love their khao soi. The Panang curry is delicious too, slightly mild for my taste. I always ask for extra hot sauce on the side. The food is not too greasy either, so doesn't make you feel guilty lol.Yum food. Check it out, you won't regret!"
"Wonderful service and delicious food!! I love the Panang curry, level 4 spicy is very flavorful. It has a slight sweetness to it but not overpowering. My husband had an incredible dish Khao Soi, it was coconutty and spicy (tho you can order it mild)."
