"Ok, we were visiting Nashville and while planning our trip, this place popped up everywhere, in every recommendation. So we went, and it was good. But I do not see what all the the fuss is about. We all (3) agreed that the lemon blueberry was the best flavor."
"Cupcake cutie was the perfect ending to a great outing these Hugh cupcakes was simply delicious I had the pleasure of enjoying the chocolate on chocolate and lije I said simply delicious"
"I see this cute cupcake place quite frequently on facebook, they show very pretty and nicely decorated cupcakes and celebration cakes. A couple gluten free options as well. It was the end of the day when we arrived. Employees were peppy and friendly. Of course not many cup cakes left. Cute open air display. We were able to get the chocolate cheese cake, M&M's cupcake and a gluten free Marti Gras... want to try again, next time and we will come early. The icing is quite very different...Ice cream we tried was the puppy chow (cute name) and the red velvet...yummy."
"Jaybear is such a neat little place. It's not an ordinary bake shop. Everything is about appearance and presentation. It's super clean and super cool. I sampled a few things and it was all delicious! Donuts, cupcakes, candied apples, and even cake pops. What really got my attention was the Cookie Monster cupcake. They also serve breakfast! Right next to Mojo's, what a way to complement an amazing burger than with an amazing sweet? I think her name was Jamie. She was super sweet. I'd been working in a mud puddle an hour earlier, and stupid me, I'd forgotten all about it and when I looked down at her floor, I felt so bad. It didn't matter at all to her. She was just glad she'd made a friend. Check it out. You'll love it!"
"Had a sweet touch on a Friday night and wanted cake! This cute little spot is snuggled in between a Mexican and Asian restaurant. The inside is so cute and has sooo many options. There was one single boy taking orders and getting the cakes! He was very nice! I got two cupcakes. The strawberry and the yellow cake with chocolate butter cream, a gooey cookie and a regular cookie. It all was under $20! I ate one of the cupcakes when i got home and omg, it was so moist! The moistest cake I'd ever had! The flavors were there!!! I ate the 2nd cupcake the next day and it was still sooo moist! Will def be back for more cakes. They even had little dog cake treats which i thought was cute!"

Maple Glaze Doughnut: Five Daughters Bakery is a family business in Franklin, Tennessee. The bakery is owned and operated by the Meek Family, which includes their five daughters. Their signature item is known as the 100 Layer Donut, which is a hybrid of a croissant and a donut (basically their version of a Cronut). 100 Layer Donuts take up to three days to make and once cooked, they're rolled in sugar, filled with cream, and topped with a heavenly glaze. Seven staple flavors are offered year-round along with limited time flavors that change from month to month. Unfortunately, I could not visit the bakery myself, but my parents were nice enough to bring me some doughnuts after visiting my brother in Nashville. The Maple Glaze Doughnut is rolled in sugar, infused with vanilla buttercream, and topped with maple glaze dusted with cinnamon. Taking my first bite I was immediately impressed by the thickness of the doughnut and how sweet the maple glaze was. Texturally, the outside of the doughnut is crisp and sweet while the interior is chewier. After my second bite, I encountered plenty of vanilla buttercream lurking inside the pastry. I'm a tough customer when it comes to doughnuts that are supposed to be "packed" with filling and are not (Stan's), but it's safe to say Five Daughters Bakery knows what they're doing. The vanilla butter cream is a little difficult to see in pictures because of the light color, but trust me, there's plenty of it. Their buttercream frosting was incredibly rich and reminded me almost of butter. It does balance out nicely with the super sweet maple flavor though.Doughboy approved.*Also, great customer service. I emailed them a question about nutritional information and not only did they provide me with it, but they also replied the same day (Thanks Ronnie Meek!). Unlike other businesses that sometimes take weeks to respond (The Cheesecake Factory).Doughboy_Food_Reviews

Cute Black owned business downtown. If you have a sweet tooth you will not be disappointed at all. I tried the milkshake which also had a cupcake blended into it. You can mix and match flavors to your liking.

Very pretty and appetizing looking desserts. They come with plenty of icing as well. They are not too bad but not that great either. I tried a gluten free cupcake and it was pretty good but dense which is expected since it's gluten free.

I was pleasantly surprised by this little bake shop. I stopped in late one evening for a sweet treat. I bought a donut cake bomb and a turtle brownie. I didn't eat it immediately (too many calories for that day). When I did finally eat it, the taste of both items were wonderful. I am taste over looks person, so I don't care about fancy designs or decor on top. Everything taste from scratch and was so moist. I look forward to going back to try additional items.

I am so glad I came across this bakery! They are located in a shopping plaza across from Wolfchase Mall. Everything that sampled is so delicious. From the cupcakes, cookies, to the bundt cakes you can not go wrong. Plus the price point is amazing. I had the chocolate bundt cake and when I tell you it is so soft and moist...believe me. It literally melts in your mouth. I am a person who loves sweets, but not too sweet and they totally have that in their treats. The next thing I had was the biscoff cupcake and strawberry cupcake...OMG, delicious! They are a must try. In addition to their delectables in store, they also customize cakes, cookies, and more. Check them out!

"We are big fans of this little and still pretty new bakery! We had the opportunity to try them for a Yelp Elite pick-up event, and we've been back a couple of times to grab cupcakes here and there. The flavors are excellent - cookies and cream is our favorite - and every time we go, the people are always friendly and kind, and the place is always extremely clean.I wish they had a better and more prominent location because I want to see this place make it and last, and admittedly, I wish they were closer to Midtown where we are at. However, they are a go-to stop whenever we are out east!"
"I've picked up two cakes from this amazing bakery and they're always available to instantly write on the cakes. Each cake looked amazing and taste even better. My guests have always wanted a second slice. Here's a pic of my most recent cake. I'm entrusting them for a specialty cake and can't wait to see the turn out. They have other goodies for instant pick up and enjoying. Definitely my bakery of choice for every occasion."
"The cutest little bakery and she does amazing custom cakes. My favorite is the cheesecake or a nice big cookie."
"This seems like a local favorite based on the fact that the earliest they are taking orders is October. Purchased a cake that was just right in terms of taste and frosting. The decoration is really also very good. So we went back for cupcakes and the consensus was that these were delicious as well. We found a long strand of blondish/white hair in one of the cupcakes, which is a shame. The person who found it practically spit out the cupcake - this was embarrassing for me as the person who purchased these cupcakes. However, overall the cakes are good, but the cleanliness of the location and staff is probably questionable and we won't be going back anytime in the near future."
"This is a cute shop, but the Bundts taste just ok. I was very disappointed in the Red Velvet cake because it had whole chocolate chips which made it taste like a chocolate cake not Red Velvet and they're always sold cold obviously from the freezer for preservation I'm sure but just underwhelming in flavor."
"Really nice little bakery and sandwich shop. We stopped by while in the area to look, but was convinced to buy after walking in the door. The aroma of fresh baked cupcakes and cookies made me salivate instantly. We ordered two of their $7.00 lunch combos, which came with a sandwich, bag of chips, a drink, and a cupcake (I got the Oreo cupcake). After devouring my cupcake, I took home a dozen cupcakes and a few mini chocolate chess pies. It was all delicious."
