"Food was good, I will say that it was served piping hot had great flavor and the portion was generous. I was eating there at lunchtime mid week on my own and I have to say the Service was adequate but nothing to be thrilled about. I was seated. Wasn't asked or offered a drink choice, they just brought me a glass of water. Food came out in a timely manner. As for ambiance, there was no Indian music playing no Bollywood on the TV it was just really quiet. I am sure in the evenings and weekends it is probably better but weekday lunchtimes are really quiet."
"Great food ..I enjoy the buffet with family & friends but when alone I get a to go plate of my favorites, it usually last 2 days. Everything is always fresh & delicious!!"
"This place was awesome! I didn't partake of the buffet. This was my first visit. While waiting for my to go order, I walked around and viewed the entire buffet. Every food item appeared to be fresh and recently put out. The cashier who took my order seemed tired but was cordial."
"Great Mongolian grill. Chefs were fantastic. Buffet itself was ok at best. Clean environment. Wait staff was fantastic"
"Feb 3, 2024, went to Brooksie's Barn they have the best Buffet for catfish fillets, whole catfish, chicken, BBQ etc, ate the catfish, really good, great service & greatest waitress, very friendly environment our first time there not the last."
"We drive 80 miles just to eat their catfish, the buffet is great. If you leave here hungry it's your own fault"
"Love this buffet! Friendly staff. Amazing food. Homestyle feel. Southern comfort food selection. Highly recommend."
"How to have a 3 to 4 star experience, Do get some mei fun, rice or lo mein. Do get the vegetables like cabbage or the big mushrooms. Do get the sweet and sour chicken. Do get the shrimp and beef stuff. Do get the orange cake for dessert.Don't get the chicken dish stuff. Don't get the sushi, Don't get most appetizers."
"My first time here but what there ice cream comes already in containers cups lol food to me was fresh taste pretty good"
"Nice buffet wit a salad bar, Asian bar, and American blue plate food, with fried and sautéed shrimp. You also have the option of ordering a seafood bowl, with your choice of ingredients and sauces, included with the buffet price. There is also several soups to choose, and an extensive dessert bar. The prices are quite reasonable, and the staff is attentive."

The food and service was pretty good. Portion sizes are huge. Wish we would of been told that 1 order of rice was enough for 3 people. We had the Chicken karahi, butter chicken, chicken boti, and garlic naan. Can't wait to go back to try more! The owner was very pleasant. He asked us how we enjoyed and recommended a dish to try next time!

Southern food were prepared well and bery tasty. The guests relations peeps at front of the restaurant were friendly, respectful and patient in explaining how the buffet and the take home process goes. We were pleased at our first visit and will be back. Hopefully soon.

I want to expand my Jackson TN restaurant visits but I can't venture away from this place long enough to do so. I think this is becoming the spot for my me and my friends after a visit to the local wellness center. I'm most definitely not complaining. just don't have the I would love to try their entrees and veggies but Iroom...or appetite. I generally go with the Soup, Salad & Dessert Bar because it's $9 and delicious! The salad bar is always fresh with a variety of delicious options.

This was a great buffet with plenty of catfish. The dinner buffet offers more seafood then the lunch. We enjoyed everything we had and will return if we are in the area again. Friendly service and inviting atmosphere.

If you like good southern cuisine, you have to eat lunch here. Lots of veggies, cornbread dressing, fried ckn, beef tips with rice and gravy, sour dough tools, cornbread, and PIE. All pies are homemade. Excellent food!

I've been coming here since it opened. It has gone down over the years. I go there because of the grill. It is freshand a great value most of the time. I have asked for items to be tefreshed in the past and it seamed if the cook behind the grilled ignored me or didn't understand English. I've learned to go up to thr area you pay to get things corrected. I'm not into all the fried foods so I go with the Habachi. sushi is hit or miss!

"Still love El Paso, they haven't let us down yet! Tried the Nacho Fries, and they are amazing! I recommend giving them a go on your next visit."
"New place in town, so we checked it out with no Yelp reviews to go off of ... GREAT decision! Lunch buffet was only $12.99 About a dozen options on the day that we went; food was fresh and delicious, and the Mango Lassi was very nice"
"I prefer the old food at the old location. The people were nice enough-there seemed to be too many servers for customers. Our waitress, a young oriental woman, was exceedingly nice & prompt. The food was just bland, the fish tasted burnt, & that's not how I remember it tasting a year or two ago at the old spot.So I had written the above (with two stars) when Ed's first moved to its new location (and forgot to post it). It's at least a year later and I've been eating less carbs and decided to forgo that for a meal. So we gave Ed's another chance and it was pretty good! Much more up to the "old spot" standards. They set out a little at a time, which I kind of prefer so it doesn't get dried out and taste like typical buffet fare. I'm not big on seafood, so I can't speak for all of that aspect, besides the catfish, which was fresh, soft, and really tasty. But I thoroughly enjoyed the sides - beans, cabbage, macaroni and tomatoes, etc. The desserts are small portioned, but they're so sweet, that's all the size that I would want. If you want more, just get two servings. Staff was pleasant, it was an overall much better second experience and I'm glad we gave it a go again!"
"The owner a man true to his word. Fast friendly service excellent food fresh n hot a must for travelers visitors locals you won't be disappointed"
"Phenomenal customer service. We were welcomed immediately upon entering. The buffet food was plentiful, fresh, and had many options. The place was very clean and inviting. Hands down - my favorite Asian buffet and the cleanest restaurant in the Oak Grove/Fort Campbell/ Clarksville area. The food was delicious and had many options for my keto diet. That day, I took a day off to enjoy some carbs for Turkey Day.Run don't walk to this buffet."
"I've been craving a good ole fashioned Chinese Buffet for a very long time. I'm shocked that this place only has 2 stars...it's a Chinese buffet....lol... not sure what these other people expect. Salty, luke warm food is expected and was exactly what I was craving. My favorite thing at any buffet is chicken on a stick and the little sugary dessert bun things. No idea what those are, but did I eat 4? ....yes. Staff and servers were great! Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Could the place be a little more updated and a smidge cleaner? For sure. But I really enjoyed my time here. Oh and this place is very cheap....we paid $27 for 2 buffets & 2 sodas!"
"This is one of those hidden gems I've never been in before. Just tasted their sushi and I'm a happy camper. I just can't believe this place was here and you get quality sushi, all you want buffet style. Can't beat this one, best place to eat all sushi you want on a budget."
"This was really good! They had a lot of options lie American, Hibachi, sushi, and all the usual stuff you expect. The place was pretty full but clean and the food was good. The sushi was excellent! I'd come back."
"When you pull into town and you have two choices of food this one will work. Good portion sizes good flavor quick delivery. Don't know if I would've picked it if I had lot of choices but glad we did."
"We came on a Sunday after a late ole miss game, and it was delicious. They have a buffet for 12.99 that was excellent and the other dishes everyone ordered we well liked. The service was good, and restaurant was clean."
"I've eaten about every Chinese Buffet in the area. I decided to try a new place so I settled upon Super King Buffet. My server proceeded to seat me in a reasonably timely manner. Got my drink order & I proceed to the buffet. I begin to check out the lackluster variety. It was like every other run of the mill Chinese buffet. Not only was the variety lackluster, the presentation of the food was no better. I fill up a portion of Fried Rice, Noodles, & General Tso's Chicken followed by Egg Drop Soup. I went to sit down & try my meal I found everything to be the most flavorless Chinese on the planet I have ever eaten. It made eating the buffets at Resorts Casino (read my review of them) look like the ultimate dining experience. But unlike them they were inedible. No amount of soy sauce A1 hot mustard or teriyaki could make this meal any better. But worse then that it had me on the toilet for 2 hours performing an exorcism of this devil of a meal I've ever eaten. Like them on FB. Tell a friend & decide for yourself.https://www.facebook.com/pages/Super-King-Buffet/120087238004486"
"This China Buffet was recommended by my mama. I had to come to Indianola today for business anyway so I stopped by here. I got my buffet at lunch time for a very reasonable price. The all you can eat buffet and a sweet tea was a little over $8. I really liked this China Buffet and yes I will come back. All the food was delicious and the service was exceptional. They kept my sweet tea full at all times. Some of the food I saw on the buffet were: noodles, brown rice, chicken (many types) fixed different ways, rolls, jello, oranges, pears and peaches."
"I'm not so much of a fan of this type of cuisine as my traveling partner is. She raved.I tried the fried, sauced chickens and found them sweet and somewhat mushy. The twice baked potato was filled with ham, bacon and onions. There was really no potato other than the skin. The addition of ham just overkilled it. The fried shrimp was actually really good! The only way to find something remotely healthy is the saucy green beans or picking broccoli out of the other dishes.I love the little pink strawberry cake slices. I thought they were unique to the Chinese place we go to in another town. I guess they are just frozen, mass produced after all!"
"Where do I start? Oh, I know, the food is garbage. But, for real... garbage. Here's the deal. They trap you. The food is far enough away from the entrance that you can't really see it. All I could see was the chocolate fondue fountain. That looked amazing! More on that in a moment. I started off with a burger(?). It was more of a slider, I guess. I put bacon on it, because bacon. Then I grabbed some broccoli with cheese (can't mess up broccoli and cheese, right?). I got a piece of catfish, a couple fried ravioli, some fake crab salad stuff, and a bowl of chicken and dumplings. Yum, right!? Wrong! No! The first bite of the burger was rough. The bread was so hard I could barely get my teeth through. I just ate the bacon. Broccoli and cheese was next. That has to be good. Nope. Garbage. It was cold. Like ice cold. Okay, so the catfish must be good. Wrong again. It was mushy. Catfish shouldn't be mushy. Fried ravioli was just okay, fake crab stuff was decent. Chicken and dumplings were quit your job and move as far away as possible disgusting. Decided I'd hit up dessert to make up for the $11 I felt like I'd lost on lunch. I got banana pudding, pecan pie, and this chocolate muffin thing with icing on top. I was going to hit up that fancy chocolate fountain, but it turns out they were out of strawberries. So it was basically just decorative. The pecan pie was literally out of a box and they didn't even try to hide it. So it was better than expected. The banana pudding was spot on. I actually really like it. The muffin thing was so gross I don't even know what to say. The icing had sat there so long that it had hardened. Like rock candy hard. I couldn't eat it.So, in summation, eat at Ed's Catfish. The end."
